I had an absolute great experience at the Windsor Sugarloaf property. The office staff is amazing, they took the time to answer all my questions in a very profesional way. Mr. Pierre the maintenance man is kind and very respectful, he took care of my sink problem and went above and beyond fixing other minor things. This is a wonderful place to live, I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to move here.
From the moment I entered the leasing office to now, I have had 5 Star service in all areas. The leasing office manager and team are the best. The pool is just awesome and everyone is friendly. I truly love the resort style vibe of this place.
Overall this is really good apartment complex and it is in really good location. All of the staffs are super friendly and they are good at keeping up with any work orders. Only downside is that the appliances that are installed in the apartment are not that great.
I've been living for over 6 months now, and I've never experienced any inconvenience. I've lived in many places, and this is the best.

Great community. Prompt maintenance response and repair. Management staff is friendly. Only drawback is neighbor above me who chooses to vacuum bedroom at 12:45 am. Very inconsiderate.

Windsor at Sugarloaf is one of the best places I ever lived.
So far, I can say the office staff at Windsor are professional and friendly. Ariely was my person of contact and she made it feel like home immediately. I will say the same for the Manager and Assistant Manager. I can say that all three ladies were accommodating and took their time to answer my questions. I would also say that I originally looked into Windsor Johns Creek, and I can say Mahogani and Taz were phenomenal as well. There is not one property that I would ever say is perfect, but this one is striving hard to be perfect because maintenance moved really quick on an issue that I had upon move in. I have a few personal things as to why this property did not receive a 5 out of 5 stars. But it is nothing to deter a resident from residing here. I have lived here for almost 2 months now and I am pretty satisfied! Grounds are clean, maintenance and office personnel are responsive and most importantly I do not have bug issues as a lot of apartments struggle with this.

I love the space that I have. However the parking and noise is a consistent issue.
Overall to what I expected. There was maybe some slight differences in what was communicated to me regarding "quiet community" and "no-parties at the pool" . There was definitely residents blasting loud music on the weekends by the pool (from which my apartment oversees), and a large birthday party. In addition, there have been loud music and cars revving from the parking lot on weekends.

I've really loved my apartment from day one. It's been very comfortable and a true sanctuary for me. The complex offers a lot of amenities, the 24 hour gym is priceless and it's great having access to the swimming pool. I really appreciate the quick responses that I have had regarding requests for maintenance services. I would recommend this Windsor at Sugarloaf community to my family and friends.

I love my apartment. I love the layout, I like the fact that management has responded quickly with any repairs to my apartment unit, I like having a nice fitness center on the premises. I haven't used the pool, due to the fact that I reside with so many dirty people in my building. This building needs rules enforcement and the halls and stairs needs to be inspected and cleaned on a regular basis.
Wonderful community and staff... Conveniently located near various shopping centers, nice parks, schools, and major freeway. Ideal for all family structures.
