Overture is a beautiful building with apartments just the size you need. Maintainance service and Lifestyle coordinator are the absolute best, but the frosting on the cake is the friendliness of the residents. Perfect package.

Completely inadequate security. Secure garage doors are broken more often than they work. We have experienced an armed robbery, a car, theft, windshield and other car vandalism and most recently theft by another resident of over $1000 of my personal belongings from a shopping cart adjacent to my vehicle in the supposedly secure section of the garage

Enjoy the fact that there are a variety of activities. Some offered by Overture and many by residents.

Everything about Overture 9th CO has been top notch! From taking a tour to signing a lease, and moving in, everyone id friendly, helpful and professional. Just resigned for another year!

Very comfortable and beautiful apartment! I Love the kitchen,great bathrooms and large closets ! The large Balcony is a major feature!

We have lived at Overtour 9th and Co since August 2020. Would recommend living here as it is definitely a cohesive community and offers something for everyone.

Outstanding over 55 community with many activities, professional and friendly staff and residents. So far after one week, we really like living here and think it is just what we need as we downsize from a large home that had stairs. We love the location with many restaurants and shops nearby.

From search to move-in the staff at Overture 9th and Co have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. While downsizing and moving can be stressful, everyone at Overture 9th and Co. made this any easy transition for me. The other residents are warm and welcoming!

Moved in last week - moving into the building was very easy. Everyone is friendly and inviting. We just started getting involved in activities depicted on the monthly calandar and each one has been a very good experience. Our apartment is 600 sq ft, so occasionally I got to the sky lounge to do some lap-top work or just relax in a quiet place. - I think we'll really like it here.

I’ve resided at 9th CO for almost 3 weeks! Lovely community and exquisite surroundings for all the many activities.

We have enjoyed the activities here, the number of resident-planned events, the apartment space and facilities, and the location! We can walk to Trader Joe's, CVS, several good dining spots. The neighborhood is very pleasnat for walking. And the pool is great.

The neighborhood: 1. The alleyway between Overture and the old VA parking garage has become a magnet for homeless people, drug dealers and gangs of young males. I observe these occurrences nightly when I take my dog out. 2. This year, drugs are regularly being sold on the NE corner. The customers are young affluent residents of the two high-rent high rises to the west. 3. I encountered a young male shooting up drugs in the enclave just outside the NE door. I told him to take it somewhere else. He stumbled away. 4. Twice, I have found homeless people completely unconscious from the heat on Overture’s SE steps. Homeless use the road as a corridor. Once, a homeless woman with a shopping cart with two dogs was being chased by a homeless man. They were yelling at each other and it echoed. I made him go away and brought her dog food. 5. Gangs use the road as a corridor and to break into the garage and west side of the VA. I’ve heard them breaking glass. The apartment: 1. No self-cleaning feature on the stove. 2. The washer and dryer are basic. You have to manually pause after the wash in order to add fabric softener. The washer goes off kilter regardless of the load and bangs around. 3. There are not enough kitchen cabinets or drawers in the 1-bedroom. 4. The 1-bedroom without a balcony is stuffy. The windows don’t open. There is a small air circulation vent by the kitchen that does little. I had to buy a ceiling fan and will have to pay to have it removed. 5. I always have to keep my bedroom shade closed and LR shade only partially open because there are two elderly men across from me who stare into my apartment. Loose concrete accident I had multiple injuries from stepping on loose concrete when getting out of the swimming pool on 7/15/22. A torn gluteus medius required surgery. Other injuries have still not healed. Greystar management did not contact my witness and found someone who lied for them. They denied any responsibility. It took almost 3 months for them to fix the concrete.

I've only been here a short while and I'm extremely pleased with all that I have experienced. The atmosphere is really great.

I have been here for 3 weeks now and am very glad that I moved here. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. The upkeep of the building is fantastic. My one complaint is that food provided at company functions is a little sparse.

Apartment building does not seem to be running smoothly Pool closures, cleaning parking lots, coffee machine not filled with coffee and or broken. Lots of events cancelled

I have lived at Overture 9th Co for more than 2 years. I really enjoy the feeling of being safe here! It's great that my family, and grandchildren especially, live nearby. There are lots of things to do here, swim, card games, book club, yoga/fitness programs, happy hours, movies, or you could sit in the shade by the pool and read a book, you choose!

I like living here: residents and staff are friendly, I feel safe here.

Great place to live, although I feel some residents think they are in a retirement home; I can only imagine some of the pressures felt by office staff are annoying.

Generally, the maintenance services,as well as other services are very good. The staff is very pro and responsive.

Life at 9th & Co so far has been like a breath of fresh air for me. I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and being surrounded by luxury resort style amenities. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and the social activities calendar provides so many great opportunities to engage with community members and have fun.

A great place to live in retirement! Those in charge of activities are doing a comprehensive job.
