Mymother is 97 and has lived in the building since it opened. She has found it to be a lovely community. The management has taken a personal interest in her well being and are an amazing staff. For the most part I love living here! It is clean and well maintained. The Monday - Friday grab and go breakfast are appreciated. If something breaks we have the best maintenance team. They are always ready to help.

The building, common rooms and exterior are kept immaculately clean. Which has kept the spread of Covid cases to a minimum. Front office staff are professional, caring, courteous and accomodating. Maintenance issues are usually handled within 24 - 48 hours (before covid). I love the security, parking garage, easy access and upgraded fixtures and counters. Easy to keep clean. Only complaints: Elevators tend to be slow at times, especially during move in/out. Some patios are not fully covered and this affects resident's ability to keep elements off of furniture or shielded from the sun.

My husband and I have been here over a year. I enjoy the book club, and he enjoys playing chess. Debbie Atwoods jewelry classes and her art classes make our stay here even more pleasant, and she does them all on a volunteer basis! Its nice when residents have a say in their quality of life. Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.
