I am extremely satisfied with my apartment at Providence Park. I love the large trees and well maintained landscaping. The complex is quiet and I feel very safe here. The apartment is spacious and bright with the private attached garage being a great bonus.

OC is perfect for me. I have everything I need right here and I have all kinds of friends, activities. The complex is conveniently located near stores and other shopping. I can participate in activities if I want or I can stay in my apartment. The staff is pretty responsive and is receptive to our suggestions. It’s nice to not have to worry about keeping up a house and yard. I feel safe here.

Excellent place to live. Friendly management, lots of activities. Games have not been replaced, nor updated since I have been here (3years). Kitchen appliances are low grade (top of stove is too hot when oven is on), no thru the door ice or water on refrigerator, no self cleaning oven, and microwave oven is too high (inaccessible for many residents). Kitchen cabinets are poorly designed (wasted space at corners). Bathroom appliances are cheap. When flushed, the toilets do not come completely clean. Waste remains on sides.

The socialization by the current residents is terrific. Residents interact and enjoy living at Overture. Unfortunately, there have been frequent management changes with a lack of transparency as to programs and plans for maintaining the facility. The result is that the buildings and furnishing are not being maintained/updated in a timely way. Randy S.

I have been here for 3 years now. I love my apartment and have no complaints thus far! I am still working a bit from home so have not had the opportunity to socialize very much, but hope that will change once I totally retire. I am close to my daughter and two grandchildren and love that! I hope to continue living here until I can't!!!
