I love the people here, residents and staff. We are a family. Many activities both resident and staff sponsored. I do believe the property needs to be updated with outdoor furniture being unsafe and indoor furniture is stained. Outdoor lighting needs attention and more outdoor cameras are needed to reduce theft. Great maintenance staff!

The facility is beautiful and well maintained; activities are plentiful and relevant. But there are several management issues: Communications and punctuality among them.

Overall we like it here currently. If we choose to participate, there are activities every day. There are inconveniences with the closest outside door to our apt not working for several weeks so far. Maintenance is waiting for approval/part. Many of the entrances to the building have stairs (not good for senior people). Maintenance is attentive. Management and office staff are pleasant. The Fairview Town Center is a nice area.

My wife and I are going on our fifth year living here at Overture Fairview. We were in the original circle of friends. Management and help change often and overall amenities and cleanliness have declined while residents have increased.

Overture Fairview is a well appointed facility. The residents are welcoming. The Assistant Manager is very helpful and always professional.

The staff and the residents are friendly; you will feel welcome. The common areas are beautiful and there are amenities for socializing and getting regular exercise, and picking up the garbage. If you're looking for a simple lifestyle with opportunities to meet your neighbors, this is a good place. If the social activity is not your primary need, you may find some other features not worth the expensive cost to live here: no recycling, no mail pickup of large packages, cumbersome doors, bottom of the line appliances. The friendly staff makes all the difference.

We were treated like family the moment we arrived
The Overture is a wonderful place to retire to. You can choose to be active and socialize or if you prefer the comfort of peace and quiet and tranquility you have a beautiful apartment. Friendly staff to always turn to you. And maintenance is fast and efficient. Dont hesitate to enjoy your retirement!
