Overture is a safe, well-maintained complex inside and out. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are multiple social events in the building. The downstairs common areas are beautifully decorated and very homey and inviting. We feel secure in this complex. It is quiet and close to shopping, restaurants, and medical care. Everyone here is welcoming and friendly.

From the day of my initial property tour to my move in, I have been so pleased by everyone I have met. The daily activities calendar is filled with something to do if I wish or I can relax and enjoy my own space.
Many items remain broken and in need of repair in common areas. Dirty carpets have not been cleaned on each wing for years. Just a few wings done. Pain is needed throughout the common areas.

This complex provides a secure, clean, quiet, and well-maintained environment for 55 residents. It's very convenient to groceries, pharmacies, and shopping.

The Overture Highlands is a beautiful and comfortable place to live. The apartments are spacious and the common areas are professionally and elegantly decorated. The Lifetime calendar provides enormous opportunities to be active and to share enjoyable activities with friends. The management staff take every opportunity to address resident’s concerns and to resolve issues in a timely manner. I could never have imagined spending my retirement in such a comfortable and enjoyable environment. I find myself truly blessed on a daily basis.

Overture Highlands has so much to offer. From walking into the front doors and being greeted by the wonderful and knowledgeable staff and learning about all the activities they have on a regular basis to touring the beautiful facility and viewing the wonderful apartments with awesome layouts of the floor plans. You feel very comfortable and secure here with this being a gated community. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street and when you have guests visiting, there are numerous hotels nearby.This is a beautiful and wonderful 55 community. Come take a tour or visit today. Guaranteed you will be talking about this community and all of the amenities that are too much to mention to your family and friends for a long time.

Overture Highlands is a beautiful, clean, well maintained complex. They have multiple, beautifully decorated common areas creating a home-like, cozy atmosphere. Love the fireplaces on the first floor areas. The grounds are well maintained; repairs to gates, etc. are done quickly. We feel very secure here with well-maintained security fobs for doors and gates. Staff and the lessees are very kind and friendly. Seniors feel appreciated here. Love the beautiful kitchens.

This is a nice place to live. The location is excellent! I can actually walk to Costco and the mall is barely 1and a half miles away! It's a very short drive to other stores and grocery shopping. I've been very pleased with the quick response to maintenance requests. The residents are all very friendly and it couldn't be easier to make new friends!

My experience here is satisfactory but not overwhelmingly glowing. Rents far too high, amenities have been reduced and management talks down to residents on occasion. Compassion for more elderly people and a little respect goes a long way. You should know that management has their favorites and that’s not fair at all.

Excellent location near restaurants and stores. Groceries are not very far. Doctors and Hospitals very near. Great resident activities program. Excellent trainer guides the exercise program. Games, etc.

For the most part on site Management makes this complex. The building is always clean, well-stocked, repairs are addressed immediately. A Professional and very friendly staff. They provide and promote, but not push, resident involvement in Overture Highlands community activities.
