Although Overture RSM could be a pleasant place to live, the management team is known for being disrespectful, dishonest, and altogether difficult to communicate with. They are horrible! Please fire them and hire respectful and professional team.

It is well run, we have a great office staff, and excellent maintenance staff, lovely pool and always things to do from movies to crafts.We are also close to everything you need,trader Joe's.movie theater, senior center, park across the street and many restaurants,plus urgent care you can walk to.

Overture RSM is a place of excellence. The staff being present 6 days a week is quite rare to see. When there is a need, they are on it! The cleaning is well above what you see in most senior complexes. The amenities and events are well above the rest. I feel very safe here. I sleep well at night, beyond anything I've experienced in a very long time. The location can't be beat! Walk score 100/100.

The biggest draw is the location, it is close to everything, the park across the street, the mini mall with lots of shops and dr. dentists lots of restaurants,has it all.also i have a dog and they have space for the dogs which i appreciate.It is a friendly staff and a safe environment .

Wonderful place to live for the senior crowd. Many happy, friendly, people to meet and see daily. Apartments are comfortable with all needed amenities. Management is very responsive to the needs of residents and communicate regularly. The grounds are very well kept, and the scenery outdoors is great with a beautiful park across the street. The first thing that is imperative to me as a woman living alone, is that I feel 100% safe here. I appreciate having doors locked and requiring key fobs to open them after hours. I like having people my own age around that are friendly and open to friendship. I appreciate all the wonderful accessories here that make staying fit a little easier, the gym, saltwater pool, jacuzzi, the staff and resident walks, and pleasantly decorated hallways perfect for walking inside out of the rain. The apartments have a good layout and appropriate square feet to live in.

Great maintenance staff. I would like to see peppier fitness activities, and more chances for social interaction. I thought it would be a more active community than it is. The same few people attend very low key fitness activities. No community outings. Very difficult to find the few people who might want to leave their apartments for a walk, or lunch, or any get-together. Everyone seems to disappear in the afternoon, unless there’s a planned event. Then it’s still the same few people. Nighttimes are especially quiet. Just an occasional dog walker appears briefly. It can get very lonely.

The apartment house is attractive and the building and grounds are well-maintained. The apartments are updated and refurbished on an on-going basis. The activities are interesting and diversified. A very nice place to make your home.

Living at Overture RSM has been an experience that I did not expect when I first arrived. I had just lost my wife of 65 years, sold my home and moved to a strange area to be close to my daughter. I have met some extraordinary people here that at some time in their lives have had similar experiences to mine. The staff are very responsive to our every needs. Living at Overture has turned out to be a very positive. experience.
