Overture Riverwalk 55+ Senior Housing Apar...

I have been here for about 3 months. I find that everyone is very friendly. There are so many activities that a person can attend which makes it so comfortable to be here. Still learning my way around the city but so far so good. The staff are so helpful and willing to help with whatever is needed if it’s within their power they are there.,This place is 1000% better then where I lived.

What a positive experience with management. The grounds are in excellent shape and very pretty. We just had our windows washed. There is new paint, carpets, and baseboards in the hallways of all four buildings. Such a positive group of people that live here. Not at all an apartment complex but a community of good people.

I'm enjoying the adventure of living at Overture Riverwalk Apartments. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful, and the grounds are lovely.

The overture at riverwalk is very spacious with a pool, community areas and spacious lobbies at each floor. The office staff is super helpful and genuinely nice. This is one of the best apartments I have ever been to.

I enjoy the community where it's quiet friendly neighbors I love the swimming pool I love the jacuzzi I love the weight room I enjoy walking around but we could use better parking system cheaper rent and some of the utilities paid

Enjoy the atmosphere weather pool room computer room need more Improvement with parking. Need better discount for the rent more specials for returning tenants lower prices

It’s a beautiful complex! There are lots of activities and amenities. Everyone I have met has been so friendly. I’m very excited to be here!

Going on 2 yrs living here. By far has the ultimate best neighbors! The staff is amazing. They go out of the way for you. They have great monthly and daily events. Rent is high but hoping for it to decrease upon renewal!

Currently a new resident , the move in experience was great ?? easy and no problems . The community seems nice , love the grounds and amenities offered . Appreciate the welcoming friendly and professional staff . My apt is very comfortable.

I love how our maintenance team comes out the same day to assess the situation if not fix it at that same time. And if they are unable to fix it, they at least communicate with you and let you know when it will be done and why it couldn't be done that day.

This is a wonderfully peaceful little enclave with tons of activists. It reminds me of a cruise ship. It's perfect for those who have limited access to outside events. Also perfect for those of us who still interface and attend outside events but value the tranquility of not living amongst the 40 and under population

Management team and Maintanence staff knowledgeable and friendly and always helpful, although landscaping company seems to be a bit of a dissapointment, and not in estimation doing the proper work needed here. But that is my opinion only because there may be other things going on that I am not awre of, but overall awesome experience here for the last almost 14 years

I have been looking for months to find a place to live and some how I stumbled upon Overture Riverwalk. I was very impressed with what I saw from the main entrance to the outdoor pool area and of course the apartment unit. This place has everything I wanted and needed. I love the feeling of peace and serenity and living a more simple life style! :)

I really do enjoy my home at Overture Riverwalk. The Management Team & Maintenance Staff are very Pleasant, Professional, Most accommodating and quick to respond to any issues. Daily Fun Activities, some with refreshments. Friendly Residents. Also we have a complete Gym, Pool and Jacuzzi. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Plus, I feel secure.

Overture Riverwalk 55 is a great active community. The grounds are beautiful, and maintenance is excellent. The office staff is very helpful.

I am very happy that we have Staff that actually listen to your concerns and work diligently to find a solution to any problems we have. The maintenance here is fantastic, you put in an order and if not the same day the next day it is taken care of.

The units are very nice. The only real issues is the office not being open from 9- to closing. When there are 2 or more personal in the office, my suggestion is that they take staggering lunches so when residents has an issue they can receive help instead of waiting 1-2 hours before someone returns. The other issue is if they can install quite air conditioners.

I am very content with my residence at Overture Riverwalk. The Staff including Managers and Maintenance are very pleasant, helpful and quick to respond. Several Fun Time activities for the tenants. The grounds, garden areas & miniature golf course are beautiful and well kept. Other residents are congenial and ease to mix. Also, I feel safe here. Thank you

We have lived here 10 years and have enjoyed prompt maintenance calls all these years. Great social gatherings on holidays and other special occasions. Property is well kept and quiet. Above average senior living.

This is a 55 and over place to live. It's quiet, tranquil, no loud noises as in a regular community, retirees, single and family oriented place, affordable as long as you can manage all the utilities to be paid (Rent, Water, Gas, Trash, & Electricity). -It would be nice if Water & Trash was paid for as this is an apartment community NOT homes or Condos.

Always something to do; beautiful amenities, sit by the pool and read or go in and enjoy a movie in the beautiful scene room. Walk around the complex and enjoy the various flowers and our special garden.

Things are so good here. So much to do, beautiful grounds, good neighbors, and great management. Living here is a positive experience. My kids found this place and I thank them for it.

I’m looking forward to moving in soon. Emily (Overture staff) was absolutely great in showing me and my daughter the apartments. She was friendly and articulate and pleasant. I’m in the process of selling my home and needed a place close to my doctor at Kaiser. Overture Riverwalk is perfect for me. Since I have been approved I’m excited and looking forward to moving in and also “ Motown Night” ??????.

Enjoy living here but the rent have gone up to much.

I am probably the longest tenured resident here and have been extremely satisfied with the overall performance by staff from Greystar, or else I would not be here since 2011

Overall our experience has been very good so far. We have only been here for 4 days. Staff member Emily has been just wonderful. Louie from maintenance has been great.

Moving in here has been a joy. The staff are so attentive and respond to concerns quickly. They have gone out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

I have been here since 2011 and this is a great team of people working here, I personaly do not have any complaints, and i get along with all management, personel here I am probably the longest tenured resident here, so i know what I am talking about, the others here were also very nice helpful, as proven by them leaving for promotions so Greystar has had some very good Management personel here

A wonderful place to live. Checks all the boxes for our needs and then some. Staff is approachable and accommodating. Having a guest suite available is so helpful for out of town family and friends visiting. Lived here 4 years and hope we can continue to do so for as long as possible.

I just signed the lease for the sixth time. I have not once thought of going anywhere else. Very happy with the management and activities here.

Overture Riverwalk Very Comfortable, Fun and Secure

Friendly staff members, helpful, I feel more secure since main doors to buildings are locked after 8: 00PM I enjoy the friendly atmosphere. I have made some nice friends here.

I have been here here for over 12 years and happy with my stay here all needs are addressed by maintainace staff, all other needs are handled by management staff, I have enjoyed being here and the new security locks have me feel a lot more secure at night. Thanks

The Overture Riverwalk apartment homes are nicely built I love the patio door and patio space with the steel bars to secure that area and the apartment is clean and pretty
