A beautiful and convenient location and a knowledgeable supportive staff are the advantages offered at OWA. I am in my 5th year here and am hoping that I can stay for many more.

I moved to Overture West Ashley three years ago. I am as happy today as I was the day I moved in. Great amenities, really nice neighbors and our Management Team is tops!

Staff friendly, helpful. Very clean facility. Lots of activities if you want. Quiet and close to shopping. It’s perfect for me.

At this point of my life, I wouldn't live anywhere else.

I love my apartment and my community of friends. The exterior maintenance is superb. I wish we had more community get togethers like we used to for meals/potlucks. Many of our activities are becoming resident led, instead of done for us. I do enjoy all the speakers we have visit.

As an over-55 widow, what I appreciate most about Overture West Ashley is the opportunity, in a beautiful setting, to make new friends and develop a support system for those of us who are alone. The management team is very much a part of the community. They have a job to do and they do it very well, they are open to suggestions and maintain a professional, caring enviroment. I am grateful to be part of this community.

This is a quiet, friendly apartment community with excellent staff and maintenance, and a wide variety of programs and activities for residents. It also has an optimum location near everything. I highly recommend living at Overture West Ashley.

Very convenient to everything I need. Friendly neighbors and a beautiful area. There are numerous activities to choose from and numerous exercise classes. There is a beautiful nature trail to walk on and a deck out over a tidal creek. It is a very quite and serene place.

The location is very convenient for dining, shopping, and medical care. Every day brings new opportunities for fun, friendship, and fulfillment. However, the activities and amenities have decreased noticeably over the years with rent increases.

I love living here but do not understand how Greystar could have allowed a Contractor to build structures with so many flaws. I am especially disturbed by the lack of security in that doors and gates are unlocked and have been for months, supposedly because parts are never available for repairs. The landscape crew is pathetic, allowing bushes to be overgrown and never groomed . They are dying all over the property and all the supposed landscapers do is blow leaves. We need crews with knowledgeable foremen.

Our management team is always working to make our stay here safe and pleasant. Lolina who cleans our buildings inspires me with her hard work and pleasant demeanor. Our landscapers keep our grounds beautiful. Our maintenance is cheerfully and skillfully done All of this reflects the competence of our management.

Staff knowledgeable and polite. They remember your name. Lots of activities to choose from. Facilities clean. Residents enjoy and introduce themselves.

I’ve only been here a week and feel very comfortable with staff, classes and neighbors. I’ve made the right choice.

I now have more time to enjoy family, friends and my active life! Overture takes care of maintenance and provides many opportunities to enjoy life and making new friends. I've met very interesting and inspiring individuals. I have experienced that the staff is attentive, friendly and caring. Its location has great access to everything around the Charleston area. Pretty great!!

So happy to have found Overture West Ashley three years ago. Moving to a new state, in itself, was an adjustment for me. Moving to OWA was the best decision I ever made. Love the apartment, the people and a management team always there if you have questions or concerns. Hoping to make this my forever home.

Great location! Everything is easy to walk to. The exercise classes are wonderful! A real positive to have a heated pool for water aerobics. The West Ashley Greenway is a wonderful place to take a walk or ride a bike!

Being a resident for five years speaks for it's self., clean inside and out, Actives are great something to do all the time. I would like to see side door of building #1 locked, over six months still no parts. by not locking makes building unsafe

Living at Overtrue gives me the freedom of being independent in a community filled with potential Friends who share common interest. The building is in a perfect location for shopping, walking, biking, without having to drive in traffic.

Wonderful location and caring staff who work every day to enhance our convenience and comfort make for a pleasant and safe experience for the residents.

Management and Maintenance staff consistently aware of a situation and quick to respond to fixing or improving it.

I have enjoyed my home for over three years. I have everything needed to be comfortable and happy.

When looking for a new place to live after being in our home for 25 years, the Overture ticked all the boxes. It is beautifully designed, well maintained and very convenient to shopping and outdoor activities. We loved the staff and they have been extremely helpful with our move. The apartment is lovely and was in excellent condition upon our arrival. We love all the amenities and look forward to getting to use them. So far we love our new home and everyone has made this experience as pleasant as possible!

I am very happy to be at Overture West Ashley. It is quiet and peaceful, and the location is outstanding, near every retail outlet and service I need. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous.

Overture West Ashley is a very nice community in a perfect location to be convenient for those who prefer to be within walking distance of most necessities, restaurants and community services.

Place is great. Good maintenance. Public areas kept clean and in good shape. Grounds are maintained weekly. My only gripe is UPS drivers allowed to deliver to floor of front building instead of delivery to door of apartment as specified on delivery label.

I have had 4 very happy years at OWA. Our present management team is approachable and helpful and competent. Our location is ideal. I would recommend living here without reservation.
