not a good place to rent
doesn't plow the parking lot right away and when plow sloppy job! lets the grass grow knee high, and had to pay for full rent, when lease is up on the 23rd leaving me struggling to find a good place to rent, when most places wont let you rent until the first part of the month. Thank god for good friends so I can stay with until I can move in my new apartment.

DO NOT RENT HERE
This place is a complete waste of money. There often no where to park your car, the internet is awful. The apartments are not cleaned well. Live in Eau Claire does a terrible job managing. They have a lot of young managers that have no clue how to manage a property, so most things are not done timely. I have heard that people have had to go to the building inspector to get things done. They also have way too many dogs that are over the restricted amount. Someone had puked in the front lobby and it wasn't cleaned up for a whole week.

Thank you for the review Im sorry you have had a bad experience with Live In Eau Claire. The apartment is cleaned by the same company that it was previously...if you feel that they are not going a good job please give us a call. We have gotten a lot of response that they do a great job so we weren't aware. The dogs that you see bigger than 25 pounds are emotional support dogs and a landlord can not restrict that animal based on weight. The mess in the lobby was an issue that should have been addressed much sooner and we are very sorry that it took that long. We are working with all of our tenants to do what suite their needs best and hope that our relationship with Oxbow Villas can grow from here.
