Although surrounded by inhospitable desert, Phoenix is one of the largest cities in the United States, and the nation’s single largest state capital city. The area contains numerous galleries and museums, putting the people in contact with everything from the European masters to Native American craftsmanship to modern originals from Phoenix’s diverse artistic community. The Downtown cultural scene has developed into a top-notch feast of visual and performing arts, with symphony performances, live theater, and the popular First Friday exhibitions. Phoenix is also an excellent city for sports fans, being one of the few cities in America with local franchises in the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL. Several thousand students attend the two Arizona State University campuses in the city, as well as the over-50,000 who attend the main campus in neighboring Tempe.

Property Ratings at Oxford Apartments
I find myself compelled to share my horrendous experience with an apartment after moving out to a new place. What should have been a temporary home quickly turned into an unending nightmare, courtesy of the apartment management's ruthless approach and lack of compassion. The trouble began when I contacted management about my desire to move out after the end of my lease. I approached the apartment management with genuine honesty and explained my situation, hoping for a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was met with cold-hearted indifference and a complete disregard for my predicament. Their inflexibility and unwillingness to work with me left me feeling trapped and utterly disheartened. To add insult to injury, the apartment management imposed exorbitant fees and added derogatory mark on my credit report despite paying the exorbitant fees they charged me. The financial burden they placed upon me was unjustifiable and disproportionate. It felt as if they were more interested in profiting from my misfortune than finding a fair solution. Their lack of empathy and understanding made an already difficult situation even more unbearable. Communication with the apartment management was a constant battle. They rarely answered the phones or responded to emails, leaving me feeling abandoned and ignored. It seemed that once I told them about moving out , they had no further interest in providing even basic customer service. Their lack of professionalism and transparency only added to my frustration and dissatisfaction. In conclusion, the callousness and inflexibility of the management, coupled with exorbitant fees, highlighted their complete lack of compassion for their tenants. The unprofessionalism and a lack of effective communication further compounded my dissatisfaction. I strongly caution anyone considering renting from this establishment to proceed with extreme caution and explore other options.

Overrun with cockroaches, and mice coming in through the vents. Worst management team and unsafe.

Although we appreciate all feedback, yours is deeply concerning to us. We value our residents and care about them deeply and are disappointed you feel this way. Please reach out to us directly when you can so we can take care of these claims properly. Thank you and we hope to speak with you soon.
When we first moved in the management office was amazing. Always helpful. However, they switched to S2 sometime the end of last year. They are horrible. Never have any answers for us. No where in our lease did it say we have a base water utility fee, however suddenly we have one. My lease ends in just over 30 days but they have yet to give me new lease options. I have been calling for WEEKS with ZERO support. Not even an idea for what I’d be looking at. Yet, they want a 60 day notice. LOL. Also, yes. Don’t expect to find uncovered parking, ever.
I have live in multiple apartment complexes the last 10-12 years of my adult life and none of them have even come close to the quality of staff that Oxford Apartments has. I moved in right after the new ownership took control (Knightsvest) and I have to say, from what I have read about the previous ownership and the complex pre Knightsvest, the new ownership, new management, and new office/maintenance staff have really shown they care about their residents and making this the tightest run ship on the seas. Work orders are handled promptly and appropriately. Complaints are handled swiftly and with great attention to the lease terms and property rules. I don't normally get the chance to stay in one complex after 1 lease term but this just might change as I have now found a place that takes satisfaction and living standards as seriously as I do. If you are looking for a place to live in Phoenix, stop on by and sign a lease. You will not regret it. I appreciate everything this staff has done for me and for this property and you will too if you live here.
The apartments are nice and quiet, but I would not recommend moving here if you plan to have company because there’s zero parking!! Assigned parking is great, but very limited uncovered areas. Cars get towed.
The jacuzzi only has hot water, the hot tub never works and the pools are kept closed most of the summer because they are not maintained.
Maintenance requests take days to get fixed and if they aren't emergencies, they sometimes don't get fixed at all. Literally had to sit in the leasing office for a full day in order to get them to fix a broken air conditioner in the middle of summer after being told it would be fixed immediately 3 days in a row. There is barely any non-reserved parking and they responded to complaints by sending a mass email that they are aware that it's a problem but they won't be fixing it so we all just need to accept that. Generally just show a lot of contempt for the people who live here.

Hello, I am the new manager here at Indigo Palms. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on Apartments.com. I am sorry you had to wait so long to get your AC repaired last summer and I can assure you I am doing my best to ensure we are handling requests for service as fast as possible. Please note my door is always open if you'd like to stop in or call whenever there is an issue I can handle for you personally. Thank you, Anita
I found Indigo palms on this website so I felt I should share my experiences living here thus far. The staff when we first moved in weren't the best, but the new staff are better. Unfortunately that's about all that had gotten better while staying here. Don't let the luxury title fool you though, there is nothing luxurious about this place. The walk through apartment looks super nice compared to what the actual apartments look like. Imagine 10 years of damages and that is what you are actually getting. The linoleum flooring was ripped in several places, scratches all over the counter tops. Maintenance takes forever too. There is limited uncovered parking as well so if you live with roommates and come home late, good luck finding a spot. The people who live here are probably the worst part about it though. Blasting music late at night in their cars as they are driving in gets really annoying. I bought a new car while living here and the third day of owning it someone scratched my side mirror. My roommate had her license plate vandalized too. Sometimes packages get delivered right to your apartment and when you aren't home, they are supposed to be left at the office, but sometimes they get left by your door. I have come home to my own package having been cut open by someone left by my door. Luckily there was nothing worth stealing. There aren't any cameras in the complex so no way to know who did any of these things. The police are regularly in the complex too. The sub-par apartment and amount of bad behavior from other tenants while living here has made me regret signing a lease since we moved in. It's been a long 10 months thank god only 2 more left and then I'm getting out of this place.
Large 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment home close to metro and on city bus line. Four miles north of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 4 hospitals within a 4 mile radius. Schools within in 2 miles, excellent grade school and middle schools. Downtown Phoenix within 6 miles with sports stadiums, Art Museum, Heard Museum, Symphony Hall, restaurants, shopping. Old Town Scottsdale shops within 10 miles. ASU within 7 miles. Complex has garages, carport parking, 2 pools, a exercise room, a small playground area. Barbecue pits are strategically placed around the property. I can shop for groceries, go to the Post Office, eat out, and see all my doctors within a 3 mile radius of Indigo Palms. Pets are allowed in apartments for an extra charge. Staff is very friendly. Prices are slightly lower than surrounding apartments.
pretty decent apartment. gated with laundry included
lived here a year now and the service wasn't all that great especially with maintenance never done on time always on a waiting list the community isn't to quite at time but neighbors always have loud music crazy ours of the night so i really wont recomened this place to anyone
Conveniently located near several freeways. My apartment is very nice sized for a one bedroom, but it should be because the price is kind of steep. I like that it came with a washer and dryer but for some reason I don't have an actual pantry. The staff is decent, not stellar. There is never anywhere for visitors to park and the pools are almost always closed.
Indigo Palms has nice enough apartments, newer interiors, manicured pool areas; but the management will take 4 visits to finish one problem, you'll have to search for a parking spot if you get home after 6pm, and the crime in the area only seems to be getting more violent. The management in the main office doesn't give enough notice for pretty substantial changes; pools will close on holidays, gates won't function, and the main building will close on days when rent is due, ensuring late fee revenue. The only real positive is the atmosphere by the pools and the proximity to major highways, making it ideal for a commuter.
