DO NOT SIGN LEASE !! They will force you to pay an unreasonable amount they call an ‘early termination fee of $1807.00, this amount is on top of giving a sixty day early notice and paying rent for those 60 days. DO NOT SIGN LEASE IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE U NEED TO MOVE EARLIER THAN PLANNED. As soon as we told them we were moving early, Morgan the Office manager was a total jerk, even hanging up the phone on me , then later claiming i needed to have respect for them.. total unprofessional.
I do not recommend this complex. Maintenance sprayed for wasps but did not kill all wasps. Spider webs along bottom of breezeway way, very low light in breezeways. They do not do a thorough job of pest control inside apartments or outside around the front door. Bird nests in covered parking and make messes on windshields.
I've lived here for two years now and its the best apartment living I've experienced by far! Staff is super friendly and very helpful! Its a pet friendly community which is terrific for us since we have a German Shepard. They have two very large, well kept dog parks. The community is always well kept. They are very on top of work orders and making sure you are happy. They are open every day which is convenient. I highly recommend Oxford at Lake Worth.
Please DO NOT consider moving to these apartments. I'm going to give a few reasons on why these apartments are the absolute worse. 1. No parking ever. 2. The staff have the worst customer service. 3. The apartment quality is absolutely terrible. 4. Just the little things. THEY ARE REDOING THE ROOF ON MY BUILDING AND DECIDED TO START AT 8AM. I HAVE TO SLEEP AT THAT TIME AND IT'S PRETTY HARD WHENEVER YOU CANT EVEN HEAR YOURSELF THINK WITH THE AMOUNT OF NOISE THAT IS PRODUCED FROM THE WORK THAT THEY ARE DOING. Plus, if you think parking was an issue before just wait till they leave their big machines to take up almost 10 parking spots. These apartments have a "valet trash" that will pick up your trash if you leave it outside of your door. However, if you leave your can past 9am you get fined. Really? You are really going to charge me for leaving an empty trash can past 9am? I don't even wake up before 9am. 75 dollar late fee if your rent is late on the third day. Really? If you want to pay your rent online its a $50 convenience fee, that is absolutely insane. Most of the building was most likely made by sub contracted workers which in most cases means the worst of quality. Overall my experience with Oxford at Lake Worth apartments has been one of the most awful living experiences I have ever had. I definitely do not recommend living here to anyone even my worst enemy. PLEASE, RECONSIDER MOVING HERE! I wanted to list a few pro's about this apartment as well. The pools are nice and the gym is okay. *WARNING* If you are thinking about moving in pretty close to the date that I am posting this, don't. They are "renovating" the apartments so there is tons of construction and they start VERY early in the morning.
Awesome apartment complex with great amenities! My wife and I moved in to Phase One on March of 2015 and have loved it ever since! Neighbors are extremely friendly and so is all of the staff! You can't beat the location either!
My husband and I have lived here for 10 months and just renewed our lease for another year. The Phase I I apartments are absolutely beautiful and updated. But the parking is minimal and we tend to hear our neighbors more than we would like. The staff is great and they do listen to concerns of their residents. They are working on fixing the parking issues so hopefully that will be better in the near future. The valet trash service is nice and convenient. The staff/maintenance maintain the property well. Location of the apartments are awesome! They are right next to the highway and in between White Settlement and lake Worth where you can find the majority of what you need.
We have been here a little over a month and a half and we have had a great experience. We love the swimming pools and fitness center and the maintenance is very helpful and timely. Management is kind and we feel overall really happy with living here.
its a clean and quiet place but management is horrible. they will kick you out if you are overdue on rent for 1 day, they will give you notice to leave in 5 days. they actually send out emails saying if residents say good things they will pay $100. mails get lost all the time. apartments are crawling with all kinds of bugs. wasps galore. they closed our only laundry in complex, which is also the only one within miles. although i gotta give it to them, their maintenance is really good, nice and polite maintenance people and they usually come the next day to fix your problem and they do fix it. so my overall rating? I would not live here more than a year. I'd rather pay a bit more and have better service. I dont even want them to know my name because Im afraid they will make life more miserable for me.
The office and grounds people are very friendly and helpful. We sold our huge house and downsized and hadn't been in an apt in 25 years. We were worried we would have trouble adjusting. Though tenants are friendly everyone seems to keep to themselves New updates are about to be made for more parking and new exterior painting and new roofing. The pools and other amenities are nice. When making any request you receive answers quickly. Noise from other units is minimal. There are coded gates which keeps traffic down. The location is convenient to everything. This is a great choice. I would recommend. In fact tell them I sent you!
My family and I have been living here for a little over a year now. This is a great place to live. The residents are friendly and the staff is too. The apartment complex is clean and quite. The school district is awesome my kids have accomplished and and have improve so much being in this school district. The teachers are great. They actually care about your child. The apartment does lots of activities for their residents that no other apartment complex I've lived do. They host pool parties, back to school supplies for the residents. Every holiday they are doing somethis for us. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Come see for your self .........

A community that offered all the amenities and benefits I was looking for. Spacious bedrooms, gated,pool and fitness rooms are well maintained, and the grounds are well maintained. Fast and efficient maintenance team and very friendly office staff. The experience I've had living here has been exceptional.
Do not move to these apartments if you like privacy. The walls are PAPER THIN you can hear your neighbors talk. Also don't live here if you're not going to stay on the top floor. You can hear every step your neighbors above you take. The Phase II apartments are nice cosmetically but they are terrible in quality. You will have little to no parking options if you don't have a apartment in the back. You will be forced to rent a garage or carport if you want a parking spot near your building. I regret my decision to lease here, don't end up like me.
I've only been at this complex for four months and so far i love it. The location to the highway is so convenient. It makes it easy to get to work and not fight traffic. I've had the exterior lighting go off outside my door, i called to get it fix and it was taken care of the next day, which i was very thankful for because i leave to work pretty early. The building were i live is very quiet, very seldom do i see any neighbors but all are friendly. I see workers working on the the grounds almost every day, its very clean. The staff at the front office have been very helpful and nice. The front office sends emails regularly to inform us of any events, concerns, reminders. They also send text messages. Parking for me hasn't been bad...but some trucks with trailers do take more than one parking spot. I did purchase a car port, but oxford offers a discount to tenants who work in the medical field. So the car port pays for it self. I find the rent to be very reasonable, the apartments are very clean and spacious. And the storage space that comes with apartments is big, the balconies are very spacious also. I had friends who lived in phase ll of the complex and they loved it, they recommended this complex to me and i believe i made a great choice.
I spent about 10 months with what is now Oxford at Lake Worth. Over the course of a month, in the middle of the summer, I went two full weeks without air conditioning. Each time I put in a ticket they would come out, refill the refrigerant, which would get the a/c working again for a day or three... just to fail again. The second time it was out for a full week I had to put in multiple tickets and even called the front office a couple of times. I had to go out and buy fans so that my kids and I could get to sleep in the 85 degree apartment. To add on to it all, when they finally fully fixed the a/c they left a hole in the wall (not an external hole, but one into the space between the drywall and external walls) just above floor level for a week or two... and a mouse got in. At least it only took them a day to get someone out with traps. In another case one of the toilets stopped working and, again, it took over a week for them to correct the problem that should not have taken more than 1 hour, including the drive to Home Depot to get the part. In the meantime, my kids and I all had to share a single toilet. The complex is not interested in taking care of its clients, just in saving as much money as possible regardless of the discomfort of the residents. I was more than a little disappointed with my stay. I had intended to stay longer, but cut short my time due to how poor my time there was. I would not recommend it to anyone I know. There are other locations with good location that are interested in retaining clientele and ensuring their stay is enjoyable.
This place is phenomenal!! When me and my daughter first moved in I was not to happy about having to move to an appartment. We haven't been here long but my thought has been completely changed!!!! The units are very spacious, in fact the first time my boyfriend came over he made a comment that the complex seemed very wheelchair friendly. The staff is very friendly and helpful...the units are very well insulated (helps ALOT with utilities)...the grounds are always clean and well kept...they have 5 night a week valet trash...there is a courtesy officer that lives on site!!...and it's minutes away from down town but far enough away to not have to fight with traffic! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!
I looked at several apartment complexes before selecting Stone Villas as my home. What impressed me was how clean and clean smelling each apartment was. I let my nose be the judge and Stone Villas won hands down, by far. In addition the complex is clean, neat and quiet. Great experience so far
