About Oxford Point Apartments

Full kitchen updates happened in early 2018. They include new cabinets, sink, microwaves, and appliances! The Oxford Point Apartments have a great location! Just 1 block from UWSP. There is on-site coin-operated laundry in the basement and an additional bike room for the winter. Parking is permit only and each apartment only gets one permit. The permit is an additional $50/year. Why live in a house with a bunch of roommates when you can have your own place? Heat and water are included with the rent. There are grocery stores, shopping, and numerous restaurants within 1 mile of the apartment. These apartments are renting fast! *A minimal security deposit of $200 required!* Pets: Up to 2 allowed (Cats Only). $40 for 1 and $80 for 2 per month. Plus, a one-time $250 animal fee (non-refundable) per unit due upfront. *The advertised monthly payment amount for this lease INCLUDES our exclusive Candlewood Resident Benefits Package. For an additional $15/month you can upgrade your benefit package to be enrolled in our renter's insurance program! All leases will be automatically enrolled in the upgraded package but may be opted out of upon request.
