Oxford Square Townhomes

Pretty decent place to stay, it’s not Beverly Hills but it’s quiet for the most part and kept clean. Kid friendly and pet friendly. They also have a nice park for the kids to play at and enjoy themselves.

We just moved in, so far so good. Peaceful and the neighbors are respectful, especially when it comes to the noise. I love that there is a little playground area for my kids to play.

I've been apart of this community for a very long time. My mother lived here and now I've moved here with my family. My kids really enjoy the nice park they have near the leasing office. My neighbors are friendly and we all lookout for each other.

I love Sharon she has always been so understanding and on top of her job…. My entire stay has been amazing I really have no complaints. I also love how the give food hold events for the community

Staff was amazing, understanding and caring respectful people. Known for dependability and willingness to work hard. The staff was communicate openly with me.

Love it great staff good communication. They come on time to fix any issues and resolve all problems. Quiet and friendly environment no drama

It’s okay could be better, when work needs down on the unit they say they’ll come out and fix it however it never gets done the never on time you can request it over and over nothing gets done

Oxford Square apartments is a cool starter place for you and your family and it's safe so that is always a plus . Management is good and understanding

It's been decent I have no complaints .If I have a issue they try their best to handle it as soon as possible. I've lived here for a while and I've had no real major issues personally.

I only gave one star because I had too. I mailed and faxed a appeal to them regarding my application for a property I applied for that was denied in error to them. I attached all my proof and documentation. I called Kristen who did contact me back on 11/01/18 back I left a message and stated in the message that nobody has contacted me back. Per Kristen, she had not received any of my appeal information and someone else may have picked it up from the fax. After we gotten off the phone, I faxed the appeal again to her attn. I called today 11/05/18 to check the status of the appeal and to verify that the fax was received and I didn't get a call back. The apartment complex I applied with Oxford Square coop don't answer the phone or this management company. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will complain on every review site I can find. Sharon never answer the phone in the office. The office is full of paper where anyone can walk in and get anyone information laying on the desk.

I love the location of my apartments. Some of the units are considered to be townhomes because they have an upstairs as well as a basement and one and a half baths. There are one bedrooms though that do not consists of a basement and only have one bathroom but these units come with a laundry room instead. I am walking distance from a movie theater and 5 minutes away from a mall and plenty of restaurant. During the summer there is a lunch program for the children where they can come down to the playscape area directly behind the management office and receive a free bagged lunch. There is even an elementary school in very close walking distance. The maintenance does an amazing job on the upkeep of the grounds all year round and I feel like I am in the pretty safe area. There are so many perks to living here you couldn't ask to be in a better spot even if you were having car trouble you are near plenty of bus lines and only 3minutes from the interstate. I love it!
