I have lived at Oxford Station for two years. Overall, it is a great property that I have stayed at for a long time. It has its moments and things that make staying hard sometimes. But overall, the community is great.
Well kept lobby, yard and Apts, very helpful property managers, one of the PMs even helped me with my bike even though they didn't need to. "Affordable" considering the current economy and quality of Apts.
The buildings are well-maintained. Oxford has fantastic amenities. They make the move-in process seamless. All modern appliances. The management team is top notch and very professional. This is an awesome place to live!

I have had a great 1st year experience here at the Oxford Station. The community and staff are all amazing, and they do a great job keeping the grounds clean and safe.
I've lived at Oxford Station for the past few years. I enjoy the community, the amenities, and the ease of living at this complex. A source of frustration was the length of time that it took to repair several access doors to the building. For months, people were able to access the inside of the complex without using a key fob. Highly disappointing and a safety risk.
Apartments are nice, hallways smell good, best leasing office management and staff I've ever had, friendly maintenance staff! Train nearby is loud, so is construction in the area. Parking is unfortunate on the day to day, and when there's events at the opera house it's a nightmare. The outside grounds could use some attention (spills that never get cleaned up, furniture that is behind the dumpster for month) everything else is kept up nicely. Nice shopping center nearby. Pool and hot tub are nice, gym is small.
Too many extra fees tacked onto your rent here that they never mentioned verbally. You'll be paying much more than your basic rent. (Ask about alllll the fees they tack on when you get your monthly bill (community electricity, valet trash, etc.). I was sometimes paying close to $200 more on top of my rent and they tell you you can't opt out of anything you don't use. Also, beware when your lease is up. On a little note they put on your door, they say if you go month to month after your lease is up, they will increase the rent. In my case, by $800 more. I left.
The staff,especially Jessica has been very welcoming and resourceful. It's like night and day in where I moved from. My roommate and I feel more secure.
Car broken into twice. Motorcycle totaled by theft attempt. Building has broken unlocked doors, so no security in buildings but your door. Construction to roads and new buildings all around location.

I’ve only been here for a few weeks. But overall I like the building and how it’s run. I have had Maintenance come in and fix a few things since moving in. But it’s been done in a timely fashion and well.
My boyfriend and I have only been here a month and we love it so far. Prices reflect well what the apartment is worth (still a lot but on the better side), the amenities are great, area is great, view is amazing, parking SUCKS. We've asked for a reserved covered parking spot but there's a waitlist, even with multiple open units. You'll only get a parking spot if you park anytime between 7am-4pm. Good luck anytime after that. The trains aren't too loud, you get used to it. Overall, it's a good community and we like it here so far.
This is a very nice and modern home to live in. It has everything you could need included and in a great area for everything you need around. Staff is great as well!
I love living here and all the amenities that are available. The ability to get an issue address by maintenance in a timely manner is huge. I love that everyone is so friendly who works there, and remember you by name.

I love living here. I feel safe, everyone is friendly. The amenities are great. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly. I wish parking wasn’t always so packed but that’s the only complaint I’ve had after living here for a year And a half! I plan to stay here until I can close on a house. I am now on my third lease with Oxford station.
There is never any hot water or parking, and there have been frequent issues with theft and safety. Bikes are stolen frequently and there have even been several car thefts and car break-ins. Homeless people have been found sleeping in the gym and bathing in the pool. Rules also aren't enforced-- dogs have pooped in the pool and there has been a very sad incident of an off-leash dog attacking another dog. No parking. The people who street park do so illegally and make the turn out of the apartment very blind. No tenants have renewed their lease since the complex has opened. That says a lot. This complex is just meant to look pretty in pictures. Those pictures don't show how cheaply constructed these buildings are. Not worth the sky-high rent at all.
