the management I rented from did not take care of the property I rented from them ,gave me a hard time about work orders . they were aware of there actions but didn't care
I have been at the Oxford Town home Community for almost 2 years and I must say that Tara the property manager has made my experience here the best! She is not only professional but she truly cares about all of the residents. Living here probably wouldn't have been the same without her. This place is in a great area, and a great neighborhood! I definitely recommend this complex.
I currently live here in Oxford Townhomes for a year and some months now. The entire staff including maintenance greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. I have a lot of peace here, my neighbors aren’t loud, everyone is respectful to one another. I like it a lot and i’m glad I chose this place out of all the options available in the area. As much as I love all staffs here’ there’s one member that I highly appreciate is Ms. Tara, she shows professionalism and positive attitude. in addition her work ethics is shown through her willingness to solve any issues and explain the situation. For these reasons it makes it a pleasure to live here at Oxford Townhomes Apartments.! Ms. Cole

I am very disappointed. The Property Manager, Tara started out very professional, kind, and provided great customer service. We don't know what happened it likes she did a complete 180. It's sad because the location is great. The property looks pretty decent but no one wants to deal with someone who pretends to be a certain way until they receive your money and then causes you to think twice or regret your decision to move in to the property. She is rude, she does not follow up, and very deceptive. If this property is owned by a private owner, Tara, must be a close friend or relative because there is no way that someone will allow one individual to bring down the value of your property. If you decide to move here just be prepared to deal with the typical African American woman that brings her personal stuff to work, is in the wrong the job, or just doesn't know how to consistently deal with people or the public. Just angry and nasty for no reason at all!

Tara has been serving tenants for 18 years in a fair yet firm way and has exemplified professionalism and a work ethic that speaks for itself. We do however, realize that in this multi housing industry personalities will clash at times and our staff won't always be received by everyone, we don't allow that to interfere with the important things that matter and that is making sure the needs of our tenants are met, maintaining the property and keeping Oxford the place where our tenants love to call home for years to come!
I loved my apartment, loved my neighbors loved the surrounding area its close to the hwy and mall and walking distance to Wal-mart. Only thing is the leasing manager she is very unprofessional and rude. If it wasnt for her I would still be living there. I felt very at home it just sucks that its owned by a private owner that you cant never get in touch with.

Oxford Townhomes are amazing, when I had given up hope on ever finding a home that I can call my own.
