I toured Oxford Vista and immediately fell in love with the property. Kirby answered every single question we threw his way and he was so helpful in my decision making process to find the perfect place for me. All the staff was very friendly especially Elijah. I can’t wait to move in!
Good and secure place to stay with family especially with children . I suggest to build a children's park as there are very less play things for them left inside the apartment

Lovely place to live, good neighborhood with amazing rooftop views , amazing amenities to enjoy. And a very lovely community of people. Staff is also amazing.
The rent is extremely high for no air conditioning. Moved in 5 days ago to no air conditioning and I still have no air condition ing. Be careful. Their maintenance man couldn't even open my door left a pink sticky note on it talking about maybe I could stay home during the day so they could come in and look at it. It's under warranty we'll get it repaired. But nothing. It's 97 today imagine what it is in my apartment. Be careful. I'm stuck here for another 360 days
The staff is the friendliest! I can tell the team works very hard at making sure the building stays well maintained and well kept. Great amenities too! The electric grill is the only thing I wish were different.
These are really nice apartments. Everything is brand new, the staff is nice, and nice neighbors too! Love the amenities for both humans and dogs as well.
I took a tour of this place and decided it definitely wasn't for me. Rent prices they're they're looking for are just way too high for small to medium sized apartments next to an abandoned lot, a loud freight train, a loud highway, and sinkholes that cause road closures. I heard construction was super delayed and there are a lot of things that went wrong and are still wrong. Two years after they were supposed to open, the building still looks 80% empty as they stick to their high prices. It feels like a desperate money grab that isn't working out for them.
The staff was very helpful and welcoming and the overall experience was far better at this location than any other complex I’ve lived in or viewed.
The staff have been extremely kind and helpful! From the moment we walked through the door they showed us that we were appreciated and valued as tenants. Going so far as to take on some ideas for a community garden!
I just felt welcomed from the start the tour was so fun and I was very excited to be able to be part of the community I really loved the safety building and the vibe the apartment is so nice and well designed
Smooth move in process, gorgeous space, exceptional amenities! I was a little skeptical of the train, but you can hardly hear it. I look forward to spending some quality time here!

I had enough difficult stuff to deal with moving into a new apartment, like most of do, Kirby and his team made me feel welcome and assisted to make it a smooth transition.
Super excited to move in, in a month. Everyone from leasing office to maintenance team were super friendly! The apartments are brand new and I think the rooftop deck when it opens will be a great amenity on top of all of the fantastic amenities that are already there.
My experience thus far has been amazing! They have been so helpful with all of my questions and inquiries! I love that they have talked me through the entire process!
Beautiful place to call home. We love the Mountain View. Friendly staff. And very clean. Very quiet neighborhood although having all the trains passing through, you can hardly hear. Also nice having a shopping center close by. Overall good place to live.
The staff here are wonderful and very helpful and the community is peaceful. All of the amenities are great and the units are very spacious.

Best building staff in the Denver area! Incredibly personable, efficient, and kind. The building is beautiful, facilities are well kept, and the location of the building is a quick drive to either city or nature!
