My experience at the apartment community was overall positive. The staff is responsive, the amenities are well-maintained, and the location is convenient. However, there can be occasional noise issues, but they were manageable. Maintenance requests are handled promptly.

So far the experience is nice. A little pricey, though, is the only downside for me. The staff are nice and attentive. The apartment are all very new and currently in good conditions.

Bonito lugar para vivir, tiene un ambiente tranquilo entre semana y un mucho movimiento los fines de semana, cuenta con varias opciones para ir a comprar comida.
Everyone is super sweet and they are always ready to help you. The community is safe and clean and very pet friendly. The gym is clean and it’s always a fun and inviting place. The pool is also very clean and the atmosphere is great.
I’ve enjoyed living in this apartment for 4 years. This space is comfortable and the amenities are solid. The community is friendly and the location is convenient near mega stores within walking distance. The management is helpful, making it a nice place to call home.

Roaches. Breezeways are dirty, floor, walls & ceiling. Not sure why they're 5-star rated, appearance beyond front office is lacking-landscaping, all the little things that encompass "your home".
I love these apartments so far, my upstairs neighbors are a bit loud but that’s my only complaint! Lovely atmosphere, i love walking around and going to the pool and gym!
Dog park needs to be updated and poop pick up is an issue. The price of rent has gone up extremely and doesn’t match the quality nor the cleanliness of the property. However, would say it’s a good place to live.

We’re really enjoying our experience with Oxly so far! Any inconveniences we’ve had with our move in process have been very minor and to be fair, expected when it comes to the application and moving in process of any apartment complex or home (really, there have been minor to zero hiccups in comparison to other complexes). Management and staff at Oxly have been very helpful with all of our inquiries and needs. The amenities and facilities here are clean, updated, and easily accessible. The one work order we’ve submitted was answered very quickly within less than 24 hrs. It’s very quiet and peaceful here and the residents are all so friendly and welcoming! Loving our home and hope to stay here for many years to come.
The place is beautiful! It's nicely updated and has great natural sunlight along with all appliances needed inside of your apartment. Couldn't be more happier.

The OXLY apartments are really nice, and the environment is peaceful. Maintenance responds quickly to fix any issue. I have not had any issues at all during my 3 years stay at OXLY.

Oxly has all the amenities except for that the common areas like the hallways, the grass area, and the elevators aren’t always clean. Other than that, I think it’s a great place to live!

Just moved in 4 days ago and i love it! It’s quite, you can’t hear neighbors, it’s clean, i’m just so blessed to be able to call this home..
I am looking for my next spot to call home, and I had read great reviews so I decided to swing by. The apartment complex is beautiful, and love the amenities, but it was filthy. There were spiderwebs all over the hallways, and the concrete floors looked like you were walking downtown in the middle of Fiesta. This could be such a great property if it were pressure washed at least twice a year.
I am completing my first year as a resident here at Oxly and have enjoyed my freshman year very much.For starters, I cannot say enough about the staff at the Welcome Center.Michael and the rest of the staff were always available to help and answer any question I had.The amenities were excellent and many a morning or early afternoon was spent working out in the Oxly state of the art exercise area and/ or swimming/ relaxing by poolside.Kudods to Bryan and the maintenance crew for their excellent service.In January,I hope to sign up for my sophomore year and look forward again to another great year here at Oxly.
I needed a home asap and the second I got on the phone with the Leasing Manager I knew they were going to make sure I had all the help I needed. I was able to move in smoothly 3 days later. Ever since everything has been amazing I love the community and all the amities.
I am a return resident & honestly disappointed in the outcome of these apartments. The property is dirty, especially the hallways, & the dog park is an absolute mess. The lack of grass & piles of poop left over leaves a horrible odor before you even go in & I don’t feel too comfortable letting my dogs play there due to the risk of stepping on poop/sanitation. Just so gross & disappointing. Also, when I moved in, the counters were still dirty with unknown residue, broken/damaged appliances, & overall, not thoroughly clean. The pricing does not match with the property environment. When asking to move units before signing due to a better location & not much price difference, I was advised I cannot go off the current rate online and have to go off the rate from when I applied over a week ago…which was like $300 difference. There are just so many things that bring down the overall living experience/value here. Do not recommend & will not return.
I love the apartment complex! The amenities are great and the mail system is very convenient. The staff in the from office are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would about the amount of dog waste everywhere..
It’s a really great place live in. You get a nice spacious patio in the first floor and everything is so peaceful. Everyone if also very nice and friendly. I also love the staff. They are always very helpful

Fairly pleasant, my only complaint would be the uncleanliness of the halls and the occasional dog poo around. I enjoy that they take the trash out for me!

It's a good apartment to stay. Utsa buses are also available from this apartment. Though it has good spaces, but adding greenrary could be the next focus

Gate issues, is left open often leaving access open to anyone. Doors don’t always latch to enter into the building and leaves access for anyone to enter the property.

They used to have good resident service but now every time I send an email it takes a long time to be answered (if it is answered at all). If I have to go to the office they receive me in a bad mood. The common areas are increasingly neglected and in the pool on weekends there is usually so much noise that it cannot be used at all.

Easy move in on first day. The apartment was clean and the AC was on which was nice on a hot Texas day. Went to the pool and it has a nice vice with people enjoying the day.
