This apartment will try to sell you that it is a good apartment. This internet is literally nonexistent. The maintenance will never respond to requests. we have had a broken door for over 6 months and never gotten a response for it. No one works the front desk. if you ever try to call no one will ever pick up or respond to your call. do not ever move here

Parking lot has tons of pot holes. Management is constantly changing, hardly ever answer their phone. They constantly have trash piling up at the compacter. One night I had some drunk guy try to come into my apartment. I have had my car broken into multiple times. One time I was waiting in the office and they made fun of one of the tenants while I was standing there. Apartment is also overpriced and not worth it, the rent goes up every year. They also force you pay for cable TV.

The leasing office and maintenance staff go above and beyond to make sure the residents are satisfied. Moving into a new place I needed a few things worked out and Donnie has fixed everything in a timely manner while also being extremely personable and helpful. Highly recommend These apartments If you’re looking in the area.
It is a perfectly located and is in walking distance to the mall. Staff is warm and friendly. You can’t always judge a place by negative reviews. Every place is going to experience maintenance issues. For those who think it should be perfect should not ever buy a house. I would recommend Oxmoor.
Most professional and compassionate friendly staff ever! I have been speaking with Mariah and I can't say enough about how helpful and understanding she was! it's been a pleasure meeting her. I fell in love with the apartments too. I'm in a tough situation so unfortunately I can't move in yet but even still I highly recommend this place. Emily
I have lived here since July and I've had maintenance issues ever since I moved in. I've had many issues, but the most recent issue is I am paying $100 a month for a garage. My garage hasn't worked for two weeks. I desperately need to get into my garage and I cant. I have called at least 8 times and put in multiple requests to have it fixed. No one will return my call. Every time I try to speak to the manager he/she is never available. I asked for a prorated price for my garage since no one will fix it and they said no. I cannot wait to move out of this place!!
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I've lived here three years and I'm extremely disappointed in the management here. I've had problems I wish on no one. I've complained about our upstairs neighbors partying until 4 a.m. and when I've called a courtesy officer, they knock once and leave and I've also been told to just call the police if I was unhappy. I've had kitty litter thrown on the sidewalk from neighbors and it's going on three months and the litter is still there just brushed in the grass. I've complained four times about some neighbor children leaving their bikes outside my apartment door and other elderly neighbors. This problem has yet to be resolved. I've sent several emails with pictures to management and either won't get a response or when I call and leave a message, my call is never returned. One time my fire alarm went off for 7 hours in the middle of the night before an emergency maintenance worker came by. He then told me to next time yank it out of the ceiling and that's what he proceeded to do. One year later, it is still like this. If you have a dog, beware of other neighbors moving in next to you with animals. At one point, every neighbor in my breezeway had a dog and none of them got along. One neighbor had a Great Dane that jumped on me once and was taller than me. There is supposedly a rule against dogs larger than 50 pounds, but not all residents adhere to this rule. Also, if a neighbor in your building has a dog, you will hear it. I've attached photos for proof that this complex is not taken care of properly and does not care for the loyal paying residents. I will say one positive to living here is the community living events. Once a month, you get free breakfast and they pass out a calendar with other events like taco Tuesday and pops by the pool. That is the one perk.

From before I moved in until after I moved out I had nothing but issues when dealing with management. The apartments themselves were fine, but if you have to speak to anyone in management be prepared to call or go into the office at least 20 times. They will avoid your questions or problems at all costs, so much that my rating for them dropped them down to a 1. Not to mention I lived there for a year and from the time I moved in to the time I moved out, they switched their staff 4 times. 4 times!!! In summary, this place is EXTREMELY frustrating to deal with.
