I have been a tenant here for almost 3 years and I love it. Quiet place, management is amazing, specially Monica who takes care of the little details right away. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a quiet, clean and beautiful appartment complex
My wife and I recently moved in and I have to say this was most definitely a great decision. The floor plan is amazing and the premises are very well kept. Our neighbors are very friendly and so is the management. This experience truly exceeded our expectations and we had no trouble adjusting to our new community. We would highly recommend our friends and family to consider Oxnard Terrace as an option should they ever plan to find a new home.
I submitted my interest for an apartment at Oxnard Terrace in March 2017, when I saw an ad on a mobile app. It had been a grueling 6 months of apartment hunting. I was exhausted and almost ignored Monica's call back in response to my inquiry. I'm thankful I did not. We set-up an open house appointment and the rest is history. Monica is professional, bubbly, detail oriented and a highly proficient building manager. As promised, she maintains a clean and homely ambiance at Oxnard Terrace. Thank you Monica.
From the size of my studio to the management. I just absoultey love how everything works! Great management and living space.
I have lived here for 5 years and must say that I am very happy. The community is always peaceful, my work orders are completed as soon as I call them in. And the neighbors are all lovely! Would recommend this building if you're looking for a nice, quiet, clean place to call home.
