Disgusting Trash Cans on my property

The Pabst and Kinny management are doing the most disgusting thing to a human being: Dumping trash on them I have never rented from Pabst and Kinny, I can say they have no regard for their neighbors; they are illegally dumping city trashcans on my property in front of my driveway. I have been battling it for 3 years, and I get the runaround from Pabst and Kinny management, however I will be calling the police and a fee will be assessed. Because the people over the phone don't know the law, here it is .. Municipal Code 8.60.120 - Illegal Dumping A citation is issued whenever an officer observes someone putting trash on someone else's property, lot or business (trash not generated on such premises). This also includes putting trash or litter into containers located on public property (trash not generated on such public property). Also the trash company comes by and picks up the trash, and leaves the trash bins in the road, and no one comes and picks them up for days - sometimes it's Wednesday and these bins are still out there: blocking my driveway and ability to park. Do you know how disgusting a bin of trash is from these units? Well I do, because I can't park my car every week on Friday until they are moved. This trash could cause illness and death, including Malaria, Typhoid, Dysentery and Cholera just to name a few, not to mention damage to my vehicle. Also the tenants tend to steal my buildings trash bins and they use them for themselves (also illegal). I am monitoring my property with cameras now, if I record you illegally dumping again, you will get a $25,000.00 fee. Thanks for keeping your trash off my property

Your office needs better customer service! Your office women have bad attitude's, laziness, rudeness, covering up for each other needs to stop! Remind your office staff, jobs come and go just as they should! They can and should be replaced with the proper customer service staff your office needs! You should hire employees who want to work! The women in the office know exactly who you are! The attitude and raw comments will repay you someday soon, and when it does remember you are the one who dished it out! We will take our business elsewhere! POOR POOR POOR OFFICE STAFF ASSISTANCE!!!! NO RATING ON THE CHART TO MARK THE RUDE WOMEN IN YOUR OFFICE !!! TERRIBLE REFLECTION ON YOUR COMPANY!!!!
