I have had a great experience living here for the past 3 years! Jordin originally leased me, and she has been absolutely wonderful. She is always very helpful and kind, and any issue that I have ever had has been resolved quickly by her and the rest of the office staff. My apartments that I moved from before were absolutely awful in terms of the staff, so Pace's Crossing was a great change from that. I'm sad to be moving soon because I have had such a positive experience here. If you are considering renting at Pace's Crossing, I strongly suggest that you take the leap and do it. I have never regretted it.

Paces Crossing is like a Breath of fresh air after living in Student housing!!! For once, I can say it is home! The location is amazing and accessible to I 35 and numerous restaurants and shopping, yet it is peaceful and quiet. The apartments are very well maintained and the floor plans work very well. The grounds are kept well. The assistant manager, Jordin, is top notch. She is professional, friendly, and accommodating. This was a move well made!!!

The staff here is very nice and helpful. The amenities are pretty good, except for the laundry rooms, some of the W/D' s don't work. The inside of the units are pretty standard, but to me the price is kind of steep for the older appliances and size of the units. The landscaping is always well kept, and the maintenance is pretty quick at tending to issues. I love the location as well, almost everything between Teasley and Mckinney is within walking distance from here. Overall, a good experience here.

College life was gonna be great, or so they told me. When your parents take you to the ball pit at McDonalds and buy you a happy meal so they can talk about your worth in life, they always bring up College like its this glorious time for finding your self. They forgot to mention how much money out of your own pocket you were going to shoot out. After a falling out with my parents, I decided to become broke and move out with my girlfriend to attend the University of North Texas. We moved in to this small, one bedroom, and never looked back sense. I wouldn't trade it for the world! Our apartment may be small but it's the one place I call home now! Even if I am broke and can hardly use spending money, this apartment is worth it. Great community, great location, all I can ever ask for!

This is a good apartment for people who have pets. Doesn't have one tiny patch of grass surrounded by concrete but instead has a medium size dog park for them to run around in. The property is pretty well maintained, grass is mowed, trash picked up, etc. Maintenance has always been really quick about fixing things, usually the same day or the next day. The business center is good for last minute essay prints but the printer doesn't always work/have paper. The gym is small but has everything you need for basics. Both pools are nice and not overly crowded but could stand to be cleaned better. In the units, appliances are old but still do the job. Showers are best for small people- tall persons prepare to bend like the exorcist. The patios are large with big storage closets which is great. The staff has always been friendly to me and I've never had a problem with miscommunication. The location is easy to get in and out of and is near the mall and other stores. Not too loud but you can still hear the high way. Just as pricey as other Denton apartments for a 1 bedroom but still pretty nice and a good starter.
