Now it’s horrible except for ONE person that is the only person left in the office left. Everyone else is new and obviously doesn’t care about the tenants or the grounds. It has really went downhill!!!! Need not say anything because it doesn’t matter that has been proven!!!!

We've had such an amazing time at Paces Pointe! When our smart home system had a little hiccup, the front office was super helpful. Nothing has much changed since my last review. Definitely aren’t the same apartments we moved into a little over a year ago. More residents have moved in that obviously do not care how they live, keep things clean, or about having respect that they have neighbors. Don’t exactly know that the grounds are not trash cans….. On top of dealing with red mud because there isn’t any grass. My daughter lives in another building and when it rains has to wade through the river to get to her breezeway from her car. Not exactly sure what all has changed but it definitely hasn’t been for the better…..

Not happy with the application process but love my new home. The staff is never the same everyday and there is little to no communication. The property needs to be tended too a some buildings are being neglected. (Ie: buildings need to be pressure washed, the breezeway are dirty, huge waterless, etc

Don't waste your time
Horrible quality apartments for how expensive rent is- cockroaches and old appliances. Tons of turnover in leasing office. They never answer phones or return emails. We called 15+ times and emailed even more with no response. Sometimes show up to office and it is locked during business hours.

I love my neighbors. The maintenance crew is great and always respectful. The grounds are not kept up as well as they should be, but all in all, a nice place.

My apartment is nice and maintenance is great. It just doesn't seem like there's anybody in the leasing office that knows what's going on. Communication on renewing lease has been next to nonexistent on the office's end, leaving it up to me and my husband to try and figure out what's going on. This has been an exhausting experience. I've never had this experience at other apartment complexes.

Paces Pointe Apartments are a GREAT place to live! The neighborhood is wonderful and very close to a lot of places to eat and shop. The property is well lit and a great place for going on walks or walking your dog. The office and maintenance teams are FANTASTIC!

Can’t leave half star but I’d say 3.5. They don’t renovate the apartments and they are definitely not like the ones you see on their page now no stainless steel on the kitchen. Maintenance guys are awesome when you put a request and try to get everything fixed asap. Tennis courts fence has been down for more than 6 months and not fixed. Pool is not cleaned as often as it should. Bathroom in pool are always disgusting and and even no toilet paper. Grills on the pool never have gas on them, all go this is something they definitely should be taking care of and they don’t

We love our apartment, the office staff are great and so are the maintenance staff. The mail system they have is horrible. We have our packages sent else where because they get lost in the very unorganized mailroom. That is our only complaint.

Overall, apartment has been a great. Amenities and packages concierge is plus. Pool is great as well. I wash my car on weekends near carwash place. All this features are great to have in a apartment complex

Okish Location is great, some issues that think they should keep up with the place and current people living here. Tennis court hasn’t been fixed in more than 6months and fence is still down even tho we’ve asked them to do several times. Also bushes start getting ridiculous on the paths and they don’t keep up with them, wish they would

Things definitely aren’t as they were a little over a year ago when we chose to make this home. The maintenance, lawn care, and a lot of new residents don’t seem to care how our community looks. It’s become very loud with blaring music late at night revving motorcycles EARLY mornings and late nights. Seem to have the city police there on a weekly on the weekends.

Everything has been well so far. My only complaint is that people have being showing their dogs to swim in the kid size pool which is disgusting and disrespectful to the families with small children like mine

I’d say it’s not a bad place but there are some issues around that don’t get fixed changed. Apartments are old but if they don’t keep up with everything or update around then it starts looking not as taken care of . Tennis court d ce has been down for more than 6 months and still not fixed. I’ve sent several maintenance requests regarding some humidity spots on my ceiling and every single time I get nothing form anyone, the day that it falls it’s not going to be ok me because I keep sending request over request and I get nothing on that. Money spent on electric car charges could’ve been used for the amenities and stuff needed for the current residents not just for them to make moment of

I just moved in a few days ago and it has been so far so good. I was having an issue with my air conditioner and the maintenance came very fast to fix it which I thought was great. I have no complaints right now. My only thing of improvement is Maybe just having people keep up being clean within the neighborhood such as cleaning up after their dog and dispose of it properly.

No picks up after there pets, trash always everywhere and the valet we pay for not always picked up. The dumpster almost always has trash and furniture all this is inviting mice, roaches, squirrels and snakes
