I’ve been living here at Paces Run for going on 3 years. It’s been a great couple of years here so far. The community here is relaxed and really friendly. Mrs. Cindy, the property manager, is a saint she is extremely kind, caring and accommodating towards the residents. I also want to shout out the maintenance crew for taking care of any request in a timely manner and with excellent quality. I cannot thank the entire staff enough for all they do to go above and beyond ensure this community feels like home.

I am very disappointed in the way our move out charges were handled. I was contacted for so many things- cars broken into, pool closing, broken water main, no water working- but never any move out charges. They did not even give me a chance to pay- just sent it straight to collections!!! They continued to charge rent after we moved out because I did not give written notice of move out?? We signed a lease. We were out when we said we would be! Now I’m charged over $1000! I always had rent on autopay and was a great tenant. So frustrating!

Paces Run has been a great place to reset and prepare for your next move. I’ll list some of the pros and cons of living here as a new resident. Firstly, the staff have been friendly for the most part. I was worried about seeing roaches based on the reviews and I’ve been blessed to avoid that. It’s very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It’s also less than 15 minutes away from the base which is a plus. Now for the cons.. The electric bill is outrageous. I travel a lot with my job and am rarely home. For maybe being home for 2 weeks out of the month my electric bill was 150.00, which is a lot for one person in a one bedroom. Next, the trash area is always overflowing and very unattractive. It is also extremely hard to get in contact with the office on the phone. There are days that I’m out of town and will call 10-15 times throughout the day, sometimes still not reaching anyone. Another issue for me has been my alarm system. I was told it would take 2 weeks to be up and running, and it’s been three months. After calling multiple times, and speaking with someone that told me that they would call me back, and never did, I still do not have a functioning alarm system. (It’s important to me because I do travel so often.) Overall rent is reasonable and the location, over the bridge, is pretty good. If you’re looking for a great place to reset, or just a temporary situation this is a great place. Aside from the minor things in regards to customer service, I enjoy it here.
They are charging way too much money for the quality and are very outdated. You have to pay for water separately and it charges based on what the complex uses not what YOU use. There are roaches everywhere.

The maintenance young man Fred is an exceptional employee. He is very knowledgeable about his job and he always does it with a SMILE! The othe gentleman Junni is also a good employee and does his job well. Both are professionals, courteous and respectful. I have seen them pick trash that has fallen off of the back of cars and residents just continue to drive. You don't find individuals that are humble enough to do "dirty" work. The office staff more specifically Constance is always helpful, knowlegeable and most of all in a service industry it's nice when they remember your name that goes along way. Since her much well deserved she's even more we do ated to serving Paces Run and its mission/vision and the tenants of this community. We are lucky to have such a dedicated and knowlegeable individual. To all of the staff here at Paces Run on Parklane. Keep up the Great work!!!

The area is quiet and peacefu, thestaff was very organized and polite, and I do not feel overwhelmed at all. Ms. Donna did a wonderful job at handling all my paperwork and explaining my bills. She even took me on my tour and when I went I felt really sure about making the move here. I am glad to be leasing with Paces Run.
I do enjoy living at my apartment complex. There are moments where they do things and charge outrageous prices for additions that have been added. But overall, I understand it's improvements being done. It is a very nice place to live and my environment is very safe and I wouldn't change my living experience at all.
The leasing agents were and are still very helpful and friendly. The apartment was in good shape when I moved in. Washer and dryer connection available, 3 storage closets, and a patio. Recently alarm systems were installed in each apartment. Any maintenance issues I've had I've received an efficient response.
This community is actually my best! The staff contacted me as soon as they found out I was interested. They were very friendly. The setting is beautiful and the apartments are in pretty good shape!
