The kitchen is really nice and the pool too. They do a great job keeping everything clean.
Love the new pool furniture and fire pit. This building has a great location.
If you live on the first floor be prepared to hear every sound the upstairs neighbors make. Walls are very thin. Also, quiet hours are not enforced. I’ve asked for signs to be placed around the building reminding tenants of quiet hours many months ago and still no results. It’s a beautiful apartment but issues do not get addressed.
This building was recently redone and I love it! The pool is great and so are the tenants.
