Property Ratings at Pacific Crest Apartments
This place used to be amazing before 2016 now it’s been run down due to the new buyers MA properties and the horrible on site manager. He has some sort of power trip Doesn’t know how to talk to people very confrontational. Will throw tantrums and tell the owners at MA properties that you were wrong and they’ll side with him. He will police the parking lot on where you’re allowed to Park. It’s only 1 car in the parking lot allowed and if he suspects you park more then one he will either approach you aggressively or come knock on your door and yell. You can’t even pull in to get groceries in your house because he’ll throw a fit. The grass and pool are no longer nice. Definitely disappointed. I moved 2024 I couldn’t take it anymore. So many people who lived here long term have left it’s really sad how this once nice place went down hill
The new management (Ma Properties) is pretty awful. They are hardly ever around and hardly ever clean the apartment complex areas. The previous landlords were always there and actually were really good at upkeep to the apartment areas and had cleaners come on a weekly basis. Just to give you a little perspective, Ma Properties only wants to do the minimum work to keep the complex "clean". Also, they charge you for actually calling to do any maintenance to your apartment! It's a bit ridiculous. And recently, they have increased rent by a large margin to all tenants. I understand that they need to raise rent (which is totally understandable), but increasing it by a large margin is kind of ludicrous! That's probably why a lot of our neighbors are leaving the apartment complex as well. Ma Properties has also increased the price to do your laundry twice already since they've acquired the property(it's only been a few months). The only good thing about these apartments is allowing you to have pets, otherwise, this is definitely not a good place to rent unless you like living under horrible management.
Where do I begin. Since the place has been bought out by Ma proporities the apartments have decline. It took them tons of complaints from tenants before they came out to cut the grass. There were still Christmas trees sitting in the garbage area until March!! If anything breaks down in your apartment it's your fault because you failed. Now anyone can park in the parking lots in any kind of way. People smoke constantly on the property when I first sign the least I remember there was no smoking on the property. The upkeep of the property has decline.
Pacific Crest apartment homes is a clean and safe neighborhood. The manager is very nice and everyone that lives here are all friendly to one another. The layout of the apartments are beautiful.The laundry room swimming pool and garbage is all walking distsnce and accessable and also close to shopping centets, grocery stores, restaurants and fast foods. I would definitely recommend Pacific Crest to my friends and relatives that are looking for an apartment.
