Worst Place Ever

This is one of the worst places you could choose to live in. There is a serious roach infestation throughout the apartment complex that will never get solved which is a serious health hazard. Bed bugs is also a serious issue here. If you get your own bug guy and are able to get rid of the roaches for a while, then the mice appear and this becomes another issue. There is always some type of infestation going on regardless of how clean you might be. Additionally, management takes too long to solve issues. You should really consider other places if you can.

Don't live here.

The gates are always broken. Anyone, at any time, can just walk in and do whatever they like, and they do. The place is about as private as an open beach. They children run around near the windows, stomping and banging on the walls constantly throughout the day. They hang out in FRONT of the apartment doors and windows, as if they were designated play areas. The men hang out in the parking lot near the windows playing music as loud as they possibly can, while consuming copious amounts of alcohol and urinating on the wall near the parked cars. - There is no security system. - There are no dishwashers. - Air conditioning only exists in the living room. - There is no pool. - The "playground" is composed of some dirt and rusty monkey bars. - There are no balconies. - It is by no means "smoke free." Get used to smelling pot mostly every morning. - The washer/dryer machines are often broken and consume your change without working. When they do work, people carelessly occupy them for hours without removing their wet or dry clothes. This, of course, means you will not get the chance to consistently use them. - People will park in your assigned space regularly. Sometimes they simply park behind your car and box you in. - There is no clubhouse. Though with the quality of residents here, no sane individuals would ever associate themselves with any group activity being held here. The manager is often out when the rent is due. Situations exist where the residents aren't able to pay rent because the manager is not there to accept. This alone is not a big deal, until you are of course slapped with a late fee because the manager was not present to accept your rent. If you're late on rent because the manager is out, you can expect to be penalized for that. - Roaches, plenty of them, in case the above wasn't enough to dissuade you.

You don't want to live here.

Half of the stuff written here is a lie. There's no pool, balcony, dishwasher, or security. The front gate and the parking entrance gate are both broken so it's hardly gated community... Anyone can just drive or walk right in... and they do all the time. The tenants are very rude. loud music, smoking weed, tenants and their friend or family parking right next to your window with loud music playing...or parking in your assigned spot. Kids running or riding bikes on second floor walkway all day. vandalism (pouring paint on the managers car) Roaches, dirty laundry facilities with broken machines. No management at all. All they want is money.
