Property Ratings at Welcome to Pacific Point!
I've lived here awhile. They used to have a really nicely run property with a management team that actually cared. Now? They raised rent because everything else is raising not taking into consideration how old the property, besides the one bedrooms and new office, are. Slapping cheap paneling on cabinets that peal off within the first year and particle board baseboards that with water brushed up against while mopping ruins it are a joke of a remodel. It seems they stopped spraying outside the apartment buildings and there's been an influx of bugs, including roaches. In all my years I've never had roaches until this new management came in and cut corners. They've also ended a contract with a well known and popular landscaping company and you can tell the difference. The property is a mess after they're done. Maintenance does a good job when I've called them. It seems as though it's now only one man. And that's a lot of work for one guy with the state of these units. The lady who keeps up appearance outside does her very best to maintain the property. She cleans up the laundry and trash areas where tenants are gross. But the laundry is a joke here too. Half the dryers and washers are constantly breaking down. Tenants leaves huge messes. They don't time their laundry so you have to keep checking back to see of they've removed their stuff so you can use one of the few workers appliances. And parking? There's not even one assigned per unit. They removed guest parking to male more room but then removed a bunch of parking spots for crosswalks. After a certain time, don't even bother coming into the lot in hopes of getting a spot, you'll have to park at the trolley and walk to the apartment and hope you don't get accosted on the way. They don't put out reminders about no unregistered parking and there are a ton of cars thar don't belong here nightly, including a tow truck. They're clearly only in it for the money and don't take pride in their jobs or the property. You can get this type of service on a newer property for similar rent. Don't recommend.
These apts are very nice looking inside however don’t be fooled there are no parking besides parking u have to pay for u only get one spot they have roaches no matter how many sprays they will b in the bed ,bathroom all over and rodents very bad in the units the laundry facilities is gross and there’s a lot of traffic from outside the apts coming in the apts washing up in the laundry room in a washing machines aren’t sanitary lot of boo boo in the rubber of the washers completely gross maintenance aren’t on top of things they let me have rodents for month with out fixing the issues in my room on top of the refrigerator behind the stoves these apts are a stress and they charge u water and sewer and garbage but they aren’t on top of the garbage it’s over priced and nasty and uncomfortable
i would because overall it's a nice place, this is my first apartment so it's a great starter. nice area as well as people.
Location is great. Maintenance of complex is very good. Rent is affordable for the apartment space and amenities.
Would recommend because of interior design would not because of toilet water consumption.
Professional and courteous this is what I have seen so far and I just moved in my problems were fixed timely.
People with kids I wouldn't recommend due to the high volume of homeless who always rummage through the trash and are always on the complex property.
The rent is great for the type of apartments and the renovated rooms are nice.
I have had several people live here because I recommend them. The property is nice, the staff are amazing. I can't imagine living elsewhere. Hence why I have been here 14 years
It's peacefully and the apartments are very beautiful inside good size of rooms but after the first year there's a big increased in rent .
I recommend this Apartment Community because, the Manager Stephanie and her co-worker's ares very attend and professionals people. She is respectful and responsible. The Community looks clean and orderly.
I do & often they do not move here as the rent is too high for them.
Horrible neighborhood and neighbors pictures are a false advertisement it’s dirtier than it actually shows. There’s nothing but stray cats everywhere and I had to worry if I was getting hot water or not. Overpriced for what it’s worth and the fact they raised the prices doesn’t make it better.
I would recommend it because of the wonderful office staff and nice, spacious, beautiful apartments. I truly hated leaving Pacific Point.
Location is great for military personnel to transit to base but new prices are not inline with complex value.
Decent prices for the one bedroom apartment with their own washer and dryer.
Parking sucks due to parking on opposite side of apartment, not offered an additional parking spot at a cost pool is too small and always crowded with kids and pool furniture. Roaches constantly in the street and trash buildup to overflow in to street.kids constanlty riding bikes in the street.not incosideration of cars accident waiting to happen. Weed smokers constantly. Playground way too small for kids. Washer and dryer is always overlfowing of water on the floor atleast 3-4 washers out of order. The card reload has problems and does not have a sign.
I felt the shower rod should have been something more sturdy rather than a pressure one since it fell multiple times invluding once on my daughter.
I?m sad to say we were not approved although we had an exceptional professional service person Courtney
I would recommend this apartment because how calm and cozy it feels to live here. The pool is definitely a plus and a great place to raise my son.
the community is infested with cockroaches. we had to deal with this throughout our year. fumigation happened multiple times, however, it did not help for a very long time as they were coming from other apartments as well
There was never any parking at night. They let homeless people sleep all over the place. The washer and dryer never worked.
The manager (stephanie)is really nice, always helping the residents. I have no complains about her. But you guys should hire a new custodian, the apartments are always dirty, dog poop everywhere.

I would recommend that the homeless that pillage in our trash disposal containers should stop. There are too many of them coming on our private property and going through the trees to the 5 freeway to stash their recyclables.
The area is not too bad. There are just some shady characters at night sometimes. Other than that its steadily improving.
Pricing was pretty good for the size of the apartments. And maintenance request were answered promptly which was a plus for me.
The property is well maintained. It's only when you leave the complex that is a little sketchy .
Management takes great care of us. The locality of this place is fantastic
I would recommend these apartments because they are nice and friendly and courteous about all work request. Always easy to help in any way they can.
I live in a large and spacious, one bedroom apartment with my son. We have a large patio where I love to tend to my gorgeous garden. I also have a beautiful living room where I like to refurnish and decorate monthly. There are shopping centers around our neighborhood which makes it convenient whenever we need to do a quick errand run. The entire neighborhood is filled with the kindest people you have ever seen. We have a nice breeze every morning that comes from beach, making our area nice and cool.
very clean love the pool area nice all around nice calm area to be in a few fast food places & its right by the trolley station
