Nestled between Carlsbad and San Marcos, Vista is a scenic suburb in northwestern San Diego County. With its many lush parks and rolling hills, it’s no surprise that Vista’s name translates to “view” in Spanish. Vista’s natural beauty and mild climate affords residents access to year-round outdoor activities. Among the community’s most popular parks are Brengle Terrace Park, Guajome Regional Park, and Buena Vista Park. Pristine Pacific Coast beaches are also just seven miles away.
Vista provides a host of suburban offerings, from quiet residential neighborhoods to shopping centers and everything in between. Retail delights and tasty eats abound at Vista Village, North County Square, and nearby Carlsbad Premium Outlets. Renters have a wide variety of apartments, condos, and houses to choose from in tranquil Vista. Ronald Packard Parkway connects Vista to the coast and beyond.

Property Ratings at Pacific Sun North
Read before applying: If I could leave zero stars, I would. Do not waste your time trying to work with "management" at this property. They are extremely rude and unprofessional, and have no understanding about the rental application process. They are inappropriate with applicants AND former landlords listed on your application. They requested photos of my co-applicants social security card to be emailed to their representative's email who is still in training - not submitted through the application server. When they called my listed contact for rental history, they did not identify themselves, said "who is this" as an introduction, then proceeded to argue with them when they would not give them information because they refused to identify themselves and the purpose of the call properly. Mind you, the person they called (my father) is a registered broker and asked them several questions about their review process, codes and registration which management they did not know the answer to. They will cut you off mid-sentence, scoff at you if you have questions, and get argumentative, defensive, and litigious if you bring up their behavior. They hung on me when I told them I wanted to withdraw my application because of the way they spoke to my contacts on the phone. Current management has been reported to the Better Business Bureau. The owner of the property has opened an investigation. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON APPLICATIONS AND HOLDING FEES.
I was interested in renting a place here, but their leasing personel seemed to be very untrustworthy. At first the lady there told me that the deposit would be 300 to 500 dollars and then changed the price to 1300 after I already payed the application fee and holding fee. This made no sense to me because I have a great credit history, renting history, and have never missed a payment in my life. Also, my income was more than enough to cover their requirement. Further, I had to request the lady to give me a recipt of the depisit, which she would not have offered me if i did not ask. Knowning this information made me decide not to give her the deposit and I just found a place that seemed more trustworthy.
