Serving E4 to E9, the Pacific View Community is located in on base, just a mile from the front gate of Camp Pendleton and Interstate 5, near Del Mar Beach and Oceanside Pier. The Pacific View Community includes two story homes with two, three, or four bedrooms. The homes are equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer hookups, a patio, and a two car garage with a garage door opener. Community amenities include a pool, 13 tot-lots, a gym, and a multi-purpose community center. Pacific View’s great location means that shopping, duty stations, and attractions are just minutes away. The 22 mile-long SPRINTER offers a green transportation alternative along the Highway 78 corridor to 15 different stations, which are also serviced by the BREEZE bus system. Additionally, the COASTER trains, which run south to San Diego, connect with the SPRINTER in Oceanside. There are a number of local elementary, middle, and high schools around Pacific View, with LAX and San Diego Airport less than two hours away. The Pacific View Community is pet-friendly in designated areas of the community. The coastal town of Oceanside rests about halfway between Anaheim and San Diego. Oceanside, which locals affectionately refer to as O’side, borders the Marine Corps Base Camp Pendelton to the north as well as Carlsbad and Legoland to the south.

The ocean plays a large role in O’side life. Whale watching from a boat, fishing off the Oceanside Pier, and swimming at Harbor Beach are all O’side staples.
