We had to move from Tampa to Boynton Beach on short notice of only 2 weeks, and Jaiden was SO helpful throughout our entire leasing process! She promptly answered all of our questions, and made moving-in a breeze. We have only been here a couple days so far, but the community is safe, clean, and beautiful! The other residents have been extremely friendly to us, and the location is within 1mi of all major grocery stores - not to mention every type of shopping/food you could imagine. We rented the 1/1 with a den, and couldn't be happier with this choice. It's as if we have a second bedroom! The appliances are all new, the balcony is huge, the closet is the perfect size, and the bedroom is larger than we anticipated. The smart controls for the A/C were a nice surprise, the ceilings are high, the ventilation seems more than sufficient, and we're a big fan of the flooring also. We love it here so far - go ahead and apply, you won't regret it!

We moved in one year ago & live on the 5th floor. The elevator has been broken frequently. And last summer was broken for over a month! Residents don’t clean up after their pets & there is poop on the sidewalks & in the grass all over the community. We thought we were moving into a luxury & gated community. Unfortunately, the gates are frequently broken as well.Our key fobs to enter the club house & pool have been broken several times since we lived here. We are very happy our lease is ending & are not resigning our lease.

They don’t answer the phone and email is about a 50% chance. 1. When we moved in they documented the wrong mailbox number in our paperwork. After reporting several times that our key didn’t work and being told they checked and it did, we caught the mailman who told us the mailbox number was wrong for our apartment. When he opened the right one there was still a vacant notice in there so our mail was returned for the first couple of months. We have been waiting since fall 2023 to them to respond to us about the mix up. No apology nothing. 2. We rented a garage. After about 4 months it started to randomly open. We would go out in the morning and it would be wide open. We reported it in early June. They said they would have someone look at it and review the security footage to see what was happening. After many emails and phone calls (leaving messages because they don’t answer), for over a month to let know it was still happening they finally responded and said they really don’t know what to do. They thought someone else’s remote had been accidentally programmed to the same frequency. To which I said then who got remotes at the time and if that’s the case why doesn’t it close back up.? No response. Once it started to happen to someone else, they had the garage door company come out and finally fix it. Should have done that in the first place, I don’t know what to tell you is not an acceptable response. A free months rent for the garage would have been the least they could do, but nothing. 3. The elevator in our building was down an excessive amount. It was down from April until the end of July completely and it was a coin toss on other days after it was “fixed” as to whether or not it was going to be in working order. 4. A month before move out I went over to the office to ask about the process and to confirm that what were were told at move in about the size of acceptable holes in the walls for hanging was accurate. She took a note to ask, that was Sept 2024, we never heard back despite the promise to get back asap. I filled the holes before we left to cover us. They just don’t respond. 5. They were so late with the lease proposals. they came 3 days prior to required notice date with a huge rent hike for the lease length we needed, yet less for shorter. We had already decided to move because they are so bad. We found a better place with office staff that answers the phone after you sign the lease.

Elevator was out if service for months, but no reduction in rent was given in spite of reduced living amenities, or difficulties moving out. Security gate to apartments was broken for months too, nothing done to repair if. Myltiple complaints about faulty fridge / freezer in apartment were not addressed or solved. Groundskeepers used blowers to clear debris from edge of garages but blew it all under the door all over the contents of the garage, and maintenance left garage door unlocked numerous times while doing routine fire sprinkler checks. Cell service absolutely atrocious and no repeaters installed.

My experience was amazing. The leasing staff was always accommodating and the unit was clean upon moving in. Also, the amenities are amazing. My favorite so far has to be the EV charging.

I love it here. Not really much complaining, the leasing office doesn’t bother you every second of the day like my last apartment it doesn’t give a hotel vibe it feels like home to the max. Definitely will be renewing my lease. Only issue I honestly have is parking. It’s a little frustrating that we pay to live here but some times I will get home and I’m really exhausted and just want to get inside but I unfortunately don't find parking, for 20-30 minutes I have to scout out the parking lot and sometimes still can’t find a spot.

The elevator in our building had been broke for a month. We are on the 4th floor and this is very inconvenient especially since I’ve had health problems the last two months. I’m usually very active and this wouldn’t bother me as much, but this is very difficult for me because of the health problems I’ve been having. I would love for feedback on this on how this can be rectified. I would love a free month rent for the inconveniene. This shouldn’t take over a month to be fixed.

I love my apartment unit and community, but it has been almost 2 months with no elevator. I live on the 5th floor and it is very difficult for me to go up the stairs with groceries. I just hope the elevator gets fixed soon.

Staying at Pacifica has been such a great experience because it’s extremely peaceful. The reason why i give 4 star is because I complained about dog pee in from of my door, and dog poop on the steps which stayed there for weeks and no one from the front office did anything. Maintenance in the stairwell is horrible. I have told the front office that it needs to be pressure cleaned and no one did and i complained for 2 weeks and nothing was done. That was the only problem i have experienced with Pacifica. The maintenance needs to be better, the outside of Pacifica looks great but the parts where the residents have to deal with daily (stairwell & elevator) are horribly maintained.

We're a young family with a newborn, just moved in on 10/9/23. Everything has been great so far, exceeded our expectations by far. The only bad thing we had experienced was dusty floors that we had to mop upon moving in before being able to unpack. Staff is very friendly and professional. Love how clean and organized everything has been so far. Would definitely recommend Pacifica to anyone looking for a great looking, clean, convenient and relaxed atmosphere to live in!

Love it! We moved in just a week ago, and so far we love it! The appartment is cozy, we found it clean and in good condition, the comunity is great, the pool view from our balcony is beautiful and beying on the north, we can enjoy it all day, the neighborhood is great, and the location too. Kiara was the first one meeting here, she was very accomodating. Thank you, Kiara!

Have been living here three and a half years so far so good. Great location close to great beaches and very scenic areas.Living areas and buildings are maintained well.Excellent service is rendered by all employees.

The staff is friendly and quick to help with any issues. My neighbors are very friendly. I couldn’t feel more at home. The neighborhood is dog friendly and my son has a beautiful playground to play on.

When my roommate and I moved in the apartment was not too clean and stuff was broken but, maintenance did some very quickly and fixed our things in a very timely manner

Love it here! Feels like a luxury resort. they are very timely with maintenance requests, too. Staff at the office is great. The pool is beautiful, they have a yoga studio in the fitness center.

Great apartment to live in. Maintenance is on all the time and comes very quickly, fixing anything we need done. The elevator breaks quite often but that too is fixed as fast as possible every time

Nice community with great staff. Always maintained well and work orders are completed in a timely manner. Only knock is the walls are thin, so noise travels easily.

Great amenities, apartments are really nice, management is solid and has good communication. Almost no issues in 9 months which is rare when living in an apartment
