I'm a new resident here at paddock village! I was very pleased with the management and the things that she is trying to fulfill. Like no teenagers left outside unattended, and being held accountable for the company that you keep! Now I did have a few things wrong when I first moved in my unit but they were handled in a very timely manner and I was pleased! I feel the management is easy to talk too about things and they are very pleasant and that's very important when establishing a new relationship. I hope things continue to go well and I remain happy in my new town home!

I’ve been here since January and it was a last minute move because I’m from out of state. In April I had a break in attempt and that really made me uncomfortable living here, but maintenance help better secure my home. The price for what you get isn’t bad and your right off the highway and that helps as well. This is the second change in management in 5 months but they are much better. Again improvements can be made but for what you pay for it’s not bad.

The Office Staff, and Maintenance amazing with this new Monarch Investment Management taking over!! Customer Service exists, residents matter, things get done. The character in each Office Staff Member is impressive. I don't do reviews unless, you touch my soul, with your self presentation upon my first encounter with you. If you have any doubt about whether you will be approved, DO NOT give them your money to hold it. Upon my not being g approved 5 weeks later I am STILL waiting for my $100 to be returned to me. I was told they will keep your money, thought oh maybe it was just a particular circumstance. NO! Quick to take , not quick to return. It doesn't take 5 weeks to cut a check to return what does not belong to a company, I guess they hope you forget!. I even left messages with the Lipton Company, where you can never get a human response might I add. No one has returned my call and that was 3 weeks ago! Poor management reflects alot. I just want my money,
I've lived here for a year in a town home with no big problems. My neighbors stay to theirself, they speak when they see you, not loud at all. When somethings broke maintenance fix it in a timely matter. They respect your space. The ONLY problem I had was when certain neighbors moved in a couple months ago & they egged my car because it was parked in front of their house. But they just moved in & I filed a police report. The staff are nice they speak when you walk in all the time.
I applied for apartment at this paddock village I informed them I had some credit issues they told me it was OK they would work with me .they denied me apartment I called constantly about my deposit return I got a letter saying they would return it I have money order receipt and still no refund. Don't apply at this place if they deny you they will not give you your refund of your deposit
