Pointe at Centennial Hills is an Exceptional place to live. The staff is friendly, the place is pretty well maintained. The rent is affordable and most of all it's typically a quiet place even being next to a freeway I don't notice. I'd definitely recommend any new potential residents to live here.

Pointe at centennial Hill is a fair to good place. It has great commercial places to go for foods at a local restaurant or grocery stores. All this is walking distance from your living space. On a cool day you can walk to Albertsons grocery store for buy groceries for a quick meal. It is very accessible by car! Six minutes away from target and chase bank . This complex has problems like all Apartment but it can be overcome and it is affordable. The staff is there to help you if you need assistance.

had an amazing crew to fix the problem Nick explained what was going to happen step by step Sarah got the work order in right away and the a/c crews took care of the problem in under 3 hours as a result no damage or mess. then cleaned up the water and left after cleaning up the apartment area. Awesome Job! Bravo

I’ve been here for a little over a year and everytime I interact with members of the staff they have been overwhelmingly positive, I truly enjoy how friendly everyone is including neighbors they have all been wonderful in making this a great community. I love how helpful the staff are when it comes to questions or maintenance related issues as well as very quickly solving the issues. This apartment complex is a bit on the pricer side than some of the other options, but I decided to renew my lease just because of the positive experience I’ve had living here.

Our AC was not working and maintenance was at the apartment within minutes. I was so happy to see how fast Devin from the office responded to my email and how fast maintenance came out and got the AC to work. Just AWESOME!!! Thank you so much!

This complex is pretty solid! The location is amazing and super convenient for anybody who loves shopping (or car dealerships for that matter). The office staff have also been amazing at addressing any concerns or questions quickly. I can see myself living here for quite a while!

Management is outstanding, and they are very friendly when you walk in and when I see them around property, they speak which is always very nice. Maintenance does an amazing job at getting the work orders done in a timely fashion and living here has been a positive experience. I have been a resident at the Pointe @ Centennial Hills for 4 years. In that time we have had at LEAST 4 different property management corporations own us. Each one completely overhauls and pours money into the superficial appearance of the grounds but never actually repair anything. The most recent organization, Waterton, has staff that refuse to pay for ANY repairs. They do quick fixes and never follow up. The only reason I have stayed is because I have a good rent rate. But, you get what you pay for. Their rent prices are now through the roof but the quality of the property does NOT measure up to these prices!!! The only benefit of the high rent is the convenience of the location. Otherwise, it is really an awful community that has steadily gone downhill.

Pointe At Centennial Hills is a nice place to live I've been there for 3years now and l have had no issues the maintenance is great at responding in a timely matter. l just wish people will clean up after ther dogs more often other then that the community is always clean.

As a resident who has lived here for over three years and has seen this apartment complex change management two different times, now. I can give you a great list as to why you shouldn't live here. The key reason is the management. They flat out do not care about their tenants. I have had multiple issues with them. Let's list some examples: My most recent issue is noise pollution from the neighbors downstairs. This has been ongoing for two months. In the middle of this issue, a new property management company took over the complex. It has been nothing but excuses from the new crew as to why they don't want to talk to our downstairs neighbors, which is ridiculous. They would rather have the situation escalate than deal with it. Our gate has worked for a total of 6 months throughout the years that I've lived here. That isn't 6 months consecutively, either. It works for a month here and two months there. Part of my overpriced rent is that security feature. What a waste of my money. Communicating with the front office has ALWAYS been a pain. I haven't had many incidents, because I keep to myself, but when I do, the front office is the LAST PLACE I go to for help. They give runaround answers, or no answers at all. They come up with excuse after excuse as to why they can't help you with anything at all. They would much rather deal with selling the apartments. Once you live here, they Do. Not. Care. About. You. At. All.

I've lived here for 8 years and love it here. As a single Dad, it's important that I know my neighbors and the Pointe Staff. I enjoy the family atmosphere, especially the green grass park setting, benches, barbecues, etc. which is almost unheard of in Vegas! Check it out, tell them Tim sent you :-)

Great, convenient location with beautiful green spaces and trees. Amy has been helpful through the entire process of us moving here from out of state. The units seem to have more built in storage than other apartments in the area.

Pointe centennial is a good place to live. I have live here going on 4 1/2 years. Like many complex it has it share of problems. But management is there for you to help to overcome your difficult, if you ask for help. Once you get to know them. I had not any problems and work with the help of Mindy and Amy. Very sharp and professional. The property manager is very helpful and kind. Very professional and get to the heart of your problem. The management team is there for you and they will not bit. Just go to the leasing office and ask one of the management team that you need assistance. I am pretty sure they will not turn you away.

I moved down to centennial hills from California . At first I was really excited visiting and becoming a resident because everything looked nice and felt peaceful. When I actually moved in it took me 10 days to move in so I figured everything should have been checked and fixed . The first thing I noticed moving in was the appliances. They were not what I viewed visiting , and I knew to visit the lower quality instead of the more upgraded one but it did not look the same after the resident worker told me it will be the same . The refrigerator has dents in it and the cabinets are peeling . That should have at least been replaced for a new resident . My blinds were old but not raggedy I requested new ones and they told me no, but as I walk outside it was not fair to me that I could see people who have been living here had new blinds. My washer was leaking Terrible they put a big whole in my wash area to fix the problem but didnt fix the whole back up . They had to fix my dryer because it didnt get hot . I moved in during the winter time when it was cold so I didnt try to open my windows until it got hotter. When I discovered my windows wouldnt stay up and there was no screen on my bed room window it took maintenance a week to fix my windows . They called someone from a 3rd party to fix them. When one of the maintenance guys were helping fix my window I walked in on him looking under my bed and peaking in my closet . After that I didnt want to get anything else fixed because I dont trust them . Even though a lot has not been done I just dont feel comfortable. My shower is leaking when I run the bath . The ceiling fans are very loud and disturbing when on . I usually sleep with the celling fans on in my old place and now its way too loud to even sleep with while on . The AC smells old and dusty when you turn it on. At night little Beatles are crawling around in the bathroom . Thats really disgusting and disturbing. I was t expecting all these things needing to be fixed .

Rent with caution and only if last resort. The front desk office can be very unprofessional and disorganized.

I had been living at Pointe at Centennial for the past 4 years and four months and it is a great place to be at. The rent is reasonable price, should that happen and the rent go sky high I would be the first one out of here. The staff is very professional and want to help residents and welcome new residents. The welcome sign is always open for you. The pointe has it problems like every other apartment complex in Vegas, as sometimes neighbors are to loud and noisy, but thats everywhere. One learn to deal with it and move on. But I find the staff helpful and try to accommodate everyone in the community. Like I said it is well worth your effort to experience Pointe Centennial and have the appreciation of the hardworking staff.
