I personally think the lady I worked with named Kristal is very friendly and kind and will go the extra mile for you. she helped me and I think more apartments need people like her. If y'all are thinking about moving here, look for Kristal!
Only reason I signed for another 12 month lease is because im on a waiting list for something better. This is by far the worse apartments I have lived at & it is so embarrassing to even invite family & friends because of how badly infested it is. I have not seen one pest control since I been here & I myself have made the request for my apartment & they never showed up! The A/c never works. they take at least 2 months to get somebody to go & only give you excuses of why they cant fix it "yet". Only times they actually fixed mine was because I reported them to the city. This is frustrating because my light bill went up due to needing my fans on to have some type pf air! These hot night have us restless! Me and all my neighbors are unhappy about how bad there management and maintenance is. I feel so bad for those who are looking to move in here.
Management is bad and place is infested with roaches.
- 1st year I moved in, roof caved in due to a leak never being fixed. - Constant change of management, no one at the office sticks around that long. This has caused a lot of false promises & other issues. Some of the staff can be a little rude but honestly a lot of them don't know how bad the property is. - Constant water/gas outages. There hasn't been a month where my water or gas wasn't out. I promised I'm paying the bill. Water is also unsafe to drink even with filters. - Maintenance takes a while. This is probably due to all the issues the complex has. - The last two years I lived here they have not fixed the mailboxes or the laundry facilities. Don't move here.

I've lived here for quite a few years, back before it was known as Wood Hollow. Management has always been what's held this place back. I've never felt like a resident, more like a burden that occupies one of their living spaces. I've had my ceiling cave in from flooding, bed bug, and cockroach infestations, numerous AC issues spanning weeks to get fixed, and neighbors so noisy the cops have had to be called to stop domestic violence. Everything can take weeks to even get addressed. I've had to endure 95F heat inside my apartment while waiting a week for management to decide to fix my AC. I've thought about contacting an outside agency to fix it and I would love the idea of billing the apartments for it but know it'd take legal action to do so. This isn't just me, my neighbor has had similar experiences as well. Like I said, the price and location are the only redeeming qualities about this place. It just sucks being stuck here and not having any options.
I hate it here lol. I’ve put in so many work orders for my a/c and nobody had came. So basically my 2yr old and I are in the heat by the time we’re home during the week and when we’re home on the weekend. I don’t even feel safe here
Be careful of this apartment. I stayed here for a whole year and people who come here are not happy when they are in the apartments for awhile. The apartment has hot water issues and air conditioning issues, after staying here for so long I realized they have about 600 units and not too many maintenance workers also outside contracts. I seen so many people come and go from here, Some residents has bad bug problems with roaches and also they have a hard time keeping staff workers. Honestly I believe this place is just a big cash crop to take your money but they don't fall through with their word when it comes to repairs. Lets just say this place is extremely unorganized! If you are desperate of a temporary place this is perfect for the time being
Horrible staff, they do not care about their tenants at all. I've an A/C problem, refrigerator not working, some of Power oulet sockets are not working ,weeks already and they still haven't done any thing about it. Do not move in it is bad apartment and worst staff at all.
The water comes out cold when bathing, the air is not working, apart from the cockroaches if I could I would give less 5
Horrible staff, they do not care about their tenants at all. I've had an A/C down for 3 weeks already and they still haven't done a thing about it. I've contacted corporate in regards to this issue but they are just as useless as the staff.
The staff doesn’t care at all. I haven’t had good experience since the moment i moved in. My ac has not been working for the longest. I’ve reported It online and through phone multiple times and I haven’t received a response back. It’s really annoying. If you want a place where you can call home don’t even bother coming here.
Roaches everywhere, bullet holes in my door, tub was falling apart,dirtiest rug I've ever seen, mold in my vents, many more issues. Move here if you're desperate.
This property goes thru management faster then a person changes their underwear, literally. They employ thrives, i know this from experience cuz i had things taken from my Unit by the employees, and then they lied about taken it and did nothing about my complaint over it. I was left with my bedroom window broken out completely for over a month, and it had actually snowed outside and stayed on the ground for a few days. I put in maintenance requests and got absolutely no response. They didn’t even offer to board it up for me. They leased my unit out and new tenants were attempting to enter my unit before my lease was even up then they claim i lived in the unit for the month after my lease, after the day the new tenants were trying to get into my unit.. i have it on video. This place is the absolute worst place I’ve ever lived at. I moved in previous to the new company taking over and before remodeling. In just the first month of the new owners, the office went thru 4 managers in 3 weeks. Don’t be fooled by the “remolded” units, they might look fancy while they’re still new, but it doesn’t do much when the management is horrible still with unorganized, unfriendly liars and thieves for employees with the highest turnover..
WORST APARTMENT, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, ROACHES, BUGS. I wish I can give them zero stars, that’s what they deserve. Worst customer service, always treat people in a condescending manner, never allowed you to speak, because they interrupt every time you try to say something, rude and liars, yes liars. Apartments are full of roaches and bugs, never seems to get better, even if pest control comes every other week. Their apartment upgrades are: a new fridge and stove (ok, this only thing that is not bad), but they still have the same kitchen and bathroom counters from when they originally build it, they just changed the counter top and the faucet to “make it look pretty”, but still smells like old mold, dust and have a bunch of white coat of paint to hide the dirt, mold, roaches poop. They need new personnel or some type of training how to be a better customer service personnel. News Flash!!!! Personnel of Casa del Encanto, be more courteous because the tenants pays for your salary, no tenants equals no salary, and make sure if you promise something do it.
The staff are very rude, condescending and they lied and said that I was approved, then when I paid to cut my electric service they "found" things and denied me and was rude tell me
first time moving expecting a great experience but had the absolute worst experience. a/c went out every other day especially in the summer when I needed it most. had a roach infestation and it took a week for anybody to come out. bathroom sink would clog and for that it took months to fix. the worst part of all is they started doing construction in the apartment next to mine so all the fumes, bugs and dust came into my apartment. do not move into these apartments.
