Property Ratings at Palisade
Palisades is definitely an OK place to live but be wary of who lived in your unit before you. There were SO MANY BUGS (bed bugs, fruit flys, etc) and it was so dirty. We had to clean our entire unit before we put anything in and it was an extensive process. I understand that it’s a college apartment but we do pay quite a bit to live here so it should be somewhat up to par cleanliness wise. I think once we get everything in order it will be a great place to live, but initially it’s been a lot of work and I would prefer to avoid that. If you’re thinking of living here just keep that in mind but don’t let it stop you. It is a great place to live so far and the staff is very helpful with any issues we have.

I apologize that your apartment wasn't up to standards on move in day. We have fully renovated the building so there are no issues with bugs now. Under our new management, we have new cleaners and diligently inspect every unit before move in.
