Located between the Santa Ana Mountains, Chino Hills State Park, and Lake Mathews Estelle Mountain Reserve, Corona’s residents enjoy a diverse landscape that encompasses everything from abundant retail centers to unspoiled natural beauty. The city’s location offers easy access to both the Inland Empire and Orange County; this along with the abundance of attractive, Spanish-style homes and excellent public schools makes Corona a popular home base for many commuters. The cost of living is relatively low compared to other parts of SoCal, and rental rates for homes and apartments range from the high-end to the highly-affordable.
Corona is also known as the “Circle City”. The town is named for the three-mile circular layout found at Grand Boulevard. This circular hub houses several parks, a farmers market, local eateries, and the Corona Regional Medical Center. Grand Boulevard is one of several commercial hubs in Corona.

Property Ratings at Palisades at Sierra Del Oro
I don’t need the movie because I already live around a bunch of angry birds. I have repeatedly asked Leasing to communicate to resident not to slam doors. Security is useless, they can’t even take information correctly. These a very heavy commercial-like doors so when you slam the door its going to emit a tremendous amount of force and pressure so much that it shakes the entire apartment. Who wants to live around people like that. There is no sound reason to slam a door especially continuously several times over (not even kids, these are grown people). If you know you will be in and out of a door wouldn’t it make sense to prop it open to show courtesy to others living around you. I was very adamant about having peace and quiet when I came here and Leasing assure me its always quiet, well why did I have to listen to doors being SLAMMED all afternoon long and someone else got annoyed so they slammed their door. This is unacceptable, I previously lived in a high-rise and didn’t get half as much noise and echo as I do with my apartment here.
10/8/2015 • Updated review To those leasing at Palisades (or potential leasers) I've decided to write a second yelp review as my 3 months of living in my apartment is soon approaching. As you can see from the amount of stars I have entered I'm going to have nothing but great things to say. First off I would like to mention I have worked in property management before and have had some interesting experiences, this community absolutely kills it! They have everything under control and have the most amazing service for the residents. The office staff is absolutely amazing; Jessica (Property manager), Brandon (Leasing agent) and Cassandra (assistant manager) have gone out of there way to make my experience here wonderful. I've had a couple run ins as far as parking but rest assure current residents and potential residents it's nothing to worry about, the community is still under construction and has more parking to come at the end of November! :) Due to fair housing alliance can't release any information in regards to residents. If you want to know about what kind of people live here well here is your answer: everybody. This community is extremely diverse but demographic tends to lean towards the sane people of this world so there isn't much craziness here! I would recommend this community to all of my friends (as I have already) it is a great community for future families, current families and other types of individuals. Alliance property management has blown me away with the amazing team and property they have produced! RENT HERE! You won't be disappointed. If you have any questions feel free to message me on Yelp! I'm open and honest and would be happy to welcome my future neighbors :) P.S. Don't be scared by the 91 freeway Orange County. It really isn't that bad for what you are getting!!!!
Since the 1st day I stepped into this apartment complex I have felt safe and and home, whenever there is some technical difficulties with any of the things provided by the apartment landlords we always get things fixed as soon as can be and people here are very courteous and friendly. I hope I can win this prize that apartment.com is giving away since at this time I am having trouble in life being able to keep up with payments at times other than that thanks and wish me luck!
I have just recently moved into the Palisades apartment complex and I am extremely impressed with the quality and customer service. I can't wait to be fully moved in and become an independent renter for the first time on my own! I am 20 years old and I am stoked to finally live away from my parents/the Disney college dorms. Yay responsibilities! My new apartment is beautiful and I'm in love with the scenery. Plus the amazing pool and gym are a great bonus!
I want to say they're beautiful the appartments and the staff in the leasing department
We moved here about a month ago and love it so much! It's a brand new apartment with stainless steal appliance, washer and dryer, granite countertops, NEVER LIVED IN and great amenities. I would definately recomend this place to everyone I know!
We just moved here about a month and a half ago and we are in love. Although it is still under construction the company (Alliance) has done a wonderful job at keeping the construction under control. I have never had a disturbance from the construction side what so ever. Our apartment has a really nice view being on the 3rd floor (top floor) with a nice spacious patio and a storage room on that patio. Our granite counter tops and brand new white cabinets along with our island kitchen go well with our lifestyle. The floor is a nice new laminet and the carpet is fresh seeing as how no one has lived in the apartment before. I've posted on ever social media site there is bragging about how much I love this place. The amenities are luxurious and outstanding as well as useful! I would recomend this place to anyone I know! The traffic isn't that bad although there is a lot of construction on the freeway's near by (91) but taking the toll to orange county is the easy solution! I would recomend seeing the apartment before canceling it out due to location because you will change your mind real quick and learn that this place will win you over in a heart beat!!
The apartment complex my fiance, roommates and I currently live in is very spacious. The complex is brand new with some units currently being built. It is a gated community which makes me feel a lot safer then other places. For the price of the apartments I consider it worth it for the security and the amenities it has to offer. The pool area is a big space with a outdoor fire pit next to it, great for gatherings. Children's play area is a great place for the kids to run around, like the playgrounds at a park but in a secured area. The apartments are close to the freeway making travel to work a breeze. It is a well maintained place to live in and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and friendly place
My fiancé and I are currently living with three other roommates in a wonderful three bedroom apartment at Palisades. Four out of the five are first time apartment residents living on their own, but the fifth one can tell you, along with the rest of us, that our experience with Palisades at Sierra Del Oro has been nothing but a wonderful first time apartment experience. From the moment you walk in to check out the place, the staff always warmly welcome you with a smile and love it when you ask questions about the community. Brandon, Jessica, Toi, and Cassandra were the ones that helped my fiancé and I secure our amazing and roomy three bedroom apartment and not once were they rude, pushy, or disinterested. We were well known around the staff because of the job location all five of us currently work at, so calling them was also a wonderful experience, and that made me and my fiancé less afraid to talk to them. People take a look at the price and say it's pricey, but not only are you paying for the wonderful apartment, you are also paying for the lovely scenery around you, the quiet and calm community, and the amazing recreation things that come with it. If you're a regular OC commuter like my fiancé and I are, it'll bring you closer to work! Don't be afraid to try this place out! We fell in love with the big apartment and what the community offers their residents!
