My Mom lived here for almost 5 years and it was by far the worst management/living experience we’ve ever had. The building has been under construction for half this time, with no amends for their tenants (aside from not raising rent for a year, thanks!). There were constant maintenance issues left unaddressed, insane fees, abrupt changes, neglect of the property, and the list goes on and on. Avoid this place at all costs.

Previous management listened, and hired on a team of the most friendly, most responsible, fastest maintenance people I've ever met. However, since being bought by Centerspace, Palisades' care and responsiveness has vanished. New, confused, maintenance staff. Building updates are made to "save money" for themselves (their words) or look better on the outside, without consult with residents and often to their detriment. The property is great. Centerspace is a blight.

The Palisade apartment is not a suitable place to move to under any circumstances. It's plagued with issues like mold infestation, inadequate security, unclean and malodorous hallways, and unreliable laundry facilities. I strongly advise against considering this place; you'll undoubtedly regret it.

up and down level neighbor are too loud. almost impossible to get a good sleep at night with foot stomp and cigarette smells coming from the balcony. what does the office does about you concern? nothing beside calling the towing company to tow you car as soon as possible without any explanation. worst experience for my family and I and unfortunately the neighbors that were counting their days to just leave.

I have lived at Palisades for 5 years the management staff was amazing! They really made this place feel like my home! I would recommend living here! Amy the property manager is great! Maintenance staff is quick, efficient and always fixes the issues. If it weren't for amazing staff this place would fall apart. Since I have been there they are constantly caring about the residents and putting money back into the property and it makes me want to continue to live here! Great location which has easy access to everything. Love the indoor and outdoor pool! And they just recently added an extension to the fitness center! This is truly a place where I call home. One thing that could make the apartments better would be washer and dryer in unit. Otherwise this place is a 5 out of 5
I've been here about 3 years. I love it. Spacious apartments, service requests responded to very quickly. I love the apartment layout. Your 'living spaces' are not right at the doorway, so no hallway noise. All the staff have been great.
I was “promised” a unit where a new carpet was being installed, the day I turned in my deposit. Later I was told that it won’t be ready in time. I was given keys to a different unit the day movers brought my stuff as they needed time to get it ready for me.... I was disappointed to find so much trash on carpet (empty pill blister pack, nails, candy, coffee beans, paper strips, hair clips etc). I had to vacuum the carpet and ended up emptying it twice!! Yet to clean bedroom area. Ceiling fans are so dirty.....sink was so dirty.... it makes me sad that I have to clean someone else’s mess.... The patio is a nice plus but don’t know when was the last time it was cleaned. I have to say this is the dirtiest apartment I have ever moved-into.

Hello! I am the community manager at The Palisades and this situation sounds completely unfamiliar and not something that has happened here? Can you give me some additional information? There are several Palisades Apartments- are you sure the location was for Roseville Minnesota? I researched all my move ins since April and I can't find a single resident that this would apply to. This is not a reflection of my community and team and I would like to know if this is really for my site? It sounds like a horrible move in and I'm so sorry you had to deal with that. We could miss a small single item but we meticulously walk units before people move in so this doesn't sound like a match. If I can help in any way, please let me know. Resident satisfaction is our #1 priority here and we would love the opportunity to correct anything, if this is for our site. My sincere apologies. Please let me know how I can help.
We recently moved in and couldn't be happier with our experience so far. The management team is extremely responsive and professional. Everything that we have had issues with or problems we've had have been addressed and resolved in a very timely fashion. The team really does care, and seem very interested in fostering a positive community. The apartments themselves are quite spacious, and I would say quite comfortable. Noise is minimal, we rarely, if ever, hear from our neighbors. The kitchen has gas burners, which if you love to cook like I do, is a great perk for the price. There is a bit of road noise, but it really isn't a problem, nor is it controllable. Another perk, the balconies are HUGE, and it really allows you to DECK it out the way that you want. Overall, this has been an extremely positive experience, I really urge you to take a look, because Palisades have really been a gem, and the management team is the star!

I have been living at the Palisades for a year, this apartment complex is one of the best apartments I've lived in. Maintenance staff is helpful and quick at responding to my needs. The management team are great! I feel so welcome and comfortable at where I am at. I love the updates and how quiet the community is! I live on a first floor and I barely here those around me. It's so quiet! The grounds are well taken care of from mowing the lawn to shoveling and snow removal in the winter! The outdoor pool and indoor pool. Honestly love this community. I hope to be here for quite some time and I plan to stay here for a while.

I broke my former lease because I was so unhappy. I wish I would have moved here sooner! Things I like 1. the apartments are huge with generous closet space 2. Even though it is close to highway 36, it is really quiet. 3. The indoor pool is very nice 4. You don't have to pay pet rent, only deposit. 4. the grounds are very well maintained 5. maintenance responds really promptly to requests. 6. close to parks and lots of shopping/restaurants in Roseville. Things I'm not happy about 1. they charge fees for paying online but not for writing paper checks 2. office staff, while nice, doesn't seem to communicate well with each other. I told an office lady about a maintenance issue and it never got resolved, once I submitted the request online it was taken care of the next day!
I've lived here for about a month now and have no complaints, in fact, it has been quite nice here. I have had no problems with the staff and the fact that they have office hours on the weekend is very convenient for people like me who work during regular business hours. They have also been very responsive about completing work orders and making sure my apartment is in good condition. I was told when I moved in that I would have renovations done in my apartment at some point in the first 90 days, but two weeks in, they have already begun scheduling work. I'm happy about this so I can get even more of my money's worth. The location is also good. It is 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis/St. Paul, without taking the highway. But with all the trees around, you don't see the city at all, which gives in a more rural feel, which I like. There are also grocery stores, restaurants, malls, movie theaters and shopping within a 10 minute drive. There are also several parks and lakes nearby.
We moved into the Paliades in April and have been pretty impressed so far. We originally chose the Palisades because of its location and it being in a safer neighborhood. I really enjoy how it is somewhat secluded with the surronding trees, yet very accessible to the freeway. The 1 bedrooms are very spacious and fits my boyfriend, myself and our 2 cats comfortably. We just love our apartment with all of the updates, split bathroom, and walkin closet. The only (minor) issue that I have with it is that you can smell gas when the oven is on ( i have not yet reported to matinence). While we havent had many problems, matinence seems to really keep up and actually notifies you before coming into your apartment. Also, I work overnights and sleep during the day and the apartment is very quiet. The amenities are the BEST part of this apartment complex. Everything is new and clean and well kept up on. I also love the landscapeing done around the building. The only negative thing I have to say about that is sometimes 1 or 2 (out of 6)wash machines are broken. They do seem to fix them fast but maybe they need to upgrade to some new machines. The office staff have been OK. Not rude but not overly helpful. I notified them when my tires got slashed while we were on vaction, while they were sympathetic they didnt do much about it. Overall, I do feel like it is in a safe neighborhood and location and haven't had any other issues.
The Palisades is an excellent place to live. If you are looking for a stress free move to a new place with great amenities and an amazing location, this is the place to live. With competitive rates, exellent staff, and a safe and clean neighborhood this place is hard to turn down. My wife and I have lived here about 6 months now and are still exploring new parks and great places to eat. You will live close to the states capital and within minutes of monneapolis where there are unlimited opportunities. I am proud to say I made the Palisades my home.
Me and my husband have lived here for four months. The apartment is very roomie. We love our walk in closet. It has beautifully updated kitchen and bathroom. We love the amenities here, hot tub, indoor & outdoor pool, workout facility, and much more. There is always plenty of parking available for both our vehicles as well as any guests we have. Another thing that we enjoy is the large balcony. The one complaint is that our hall often smells so strong like smoke that we want to plug our nose to walk through. But our apartment never smells at all.
I moved into the Palisades about 8 months ago, and I have been especially impressed with all of the upgrades in my apartment and in all of the common areas. I am truly proud to live in these apartments because they are clean, upgraded, and the community is friendly.
