Si quieres que el personal de oficina te trate bn,educadamente y profesional y que la gerencia escuche tus quejas...entonces NO VALLAS A ESTOS APARTAMENTOS. te estarán acosando todo el tiempo para que pagues.tus quejas serán ignoradas totalmente. Los AC no funciona son super viejo y puedes pasar hasta 1 semana y más sin AC.el agua la quitan de un día para otro y nadie solucionará nada.la basura se acumula de forma tal q duelen los ojos al mirar alli...los tiroteos son a diario y la maravillosa manager totalmente incompetente y para nada professional solo te grita yo manda a sus personal de oficina aq te griten y ofendan y así solucionan el problema...investiguen primero antes de regalar su dinero y vallan a llevar una estancia No merecida...LA peor de toda es la manager Elizabeth la q con su Horrible sonrisa y un trato hipócrita de papito o mamita te dará la bienvenida al lugar donde usted jamás quisiera llevar a vivir a los suyos...Es su desicion tirar su dinero y su esfuerzo a la basura.
The app requires you to give a star in order to post so I did, but they deserve negative stars. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. The property is trashed. The maintenance is nonexistent. I had a rat and roach infestation and as usual, no one responded. If I could upload pictures I would. It would be a great mistake to move here.
We will move out as soon as we can. When we moved in, the interior paint job was good and everything worked including HVAC. However, the apartment was infested with roaches in every room. The three smoke detectors to not work even with new batteries. There was nasty filth in the back machinery of the refrigerator that still stinks. Two windows had broken screens and the third was missing entirely. Air filter was not the right size and just crammed into the intake. The front door jamb had paint peeling. The management fixed the roach problem, but that is all. They need more dumpsters, as trash accumulates in big piles around them. The grounds are not maintained except to cut the grass. The swimming pools are filthy and not maintained in the summer when it is hottest. One of the two walk-in closets has hookups for the dryer and water for the washer, but not electrical outlet for the washer, so we use an extension cord.
A few things you need to know before moving here: 1) don't leave anything that could even LOOK valuable you windows will be smashed in / your car will be broken into. 2) It is located right next to water plant sewage will drain at all times of day and night and you WILL smell it from inside your apartment. 3) occasionally sewage will back up your dishwasher line. 4) the wash rooms finally have been renovated and some of the washers and dryers have malfunctioned. 5) all the units have bad roofing check your ceiling carefully. 6) check for bugs and roaches BEFORE you sign your lease 50/50 chance you will have bedbugs or roaches. 7) your car will get towed at least once while you are here. You will have to pay $280 to get it out and you will not be compensated for it. Great for if you are low on money and in between jobs! other than that not worth your time.
All i did was drive up there and I was already disappointed. I was so upset with myself to even think that it was a great place. The pictures make it look like the best and i know pictures aren't accurate but I've never seen a before and after that was extremely different from one another. Mold all over the pillars and walls, doors had peeled paint and were beaten up, windows had paper covers and most were broken, stairs were rusted and old. The neighbors were loud and arguing every where I looked, gangsters walking around, beaten up cars everywhere (some broken into). This place is the NO GO. Never in a billion years will I even PICTURE myself living in such a horrible place. -500 stars
This complex is an hazard to the community. Brick by brick needs to be replaced. The office personnel are rude, liars, and very disrespectful. They do not fix anything, maintence HaHa that's a joke. They do NOT know what that is. Pots holes, they lied about parking, infested apartments, green and brown pools look like a bayou. Door seals do not have seals, every apt door looks like it has been broken into. They call tow companies to tow your car. When your car is burglarized, they say "oh well there is nothing we can do, shouldn't have a nice car, girl." What kind of complex does not protect their residents or resident's property? This is a lawsuit in the making.
My house is infested with bed bugs and I have a 1year old who is getting bit by them I reported it to the office and I have to wait a whole week before they come out please don't waste your time nor money they don't cut the grass leaves are everywhere and not to mention they will never fix nothing at all if you move here you will regret everything don't be fooled by the pics online nor the prices once you get here you will be moving back out
Our lease is almost over, if we renew our rent will be over $200 more than what we currently pay. have been waiting over a month for something to be done about the roaches, yet no one has showed. Twice we have been given an eviction notice stating we did not pay our rent and had 3 days to leave. But both times I showed them the receipts, not once did I get an apology. A/C breaks frequently, they fix it when it is convenient for them. When my husband added me to the lease they tried to trick us into signing a lease renewal form and had my husbands name incorrect. They do not care about the tenants, only their own paychecks, the are unprofessional and can't be trusted.
Had maint issues, every month, 1/2 the summer AC didn't work, no credit off rent, then in winter heat didn't work, refused to send an after hrs repair guy, or off hrs repair guy, had nothing but problems!.. Supposed to be a gated community, gate has not worked in yrs!., pool is nasty, can't swim in it, grounds flood when it's rains, yet they expect rent to be paid ontime every month, without any credit for maint issues, had to stay in a hotel several times, no reimbursement for the room, off my rent!.. Threatened to evict me over $1.51 short one month!! Your better off Buyin a tent at Walmart!
I just moved in about 2 months ago. I asked for a down stairs apartment because of health issues but ended up with an upstairs apartment instead. I have asked for things to be fixed and still have not seen a maintenance person. There are big pot holes in the parking lot and it floods when it rains. I did not receive mail for a couple of weeks and found from the post office that they could not deliver the mail because the boxes were broke but management never told us anything about it. I even called the companies office to complain to the company that owns the property. This could be a nice place if the managers cared and did the right thing. I have live at another property owned by the same company and they made the place look good and took pride and keeping the place nice for the residents. One positive is that my neighbors are nice. The corporate office said that they were going to be some changes if not I'm out of here when my lease is up
When I did my application I ask to live down stairs, my father in law is handi cap and is missing a leg. The rep Natalie said she will do is the favor but she lied. We demanded another apartment before moving in n she said we never asked for anything and we were lying about his disability, he was next to us when she said that. We had no other choice but to take the upstair apt. A/C breaks down every month and it takes up to a month to get it fix. Ive been complaining about the parking lot having alot of potholes and the manager said ( i qoute) "If you want it fix do it your self I am not sending my guys to fix it" Theres no handi cap parking on this section.They charge alot but does no work on keeping up with the property maintenance. The mailbox area is smelly,dirty and all the boxes are broken. You have NO Windows in the living room but you have 4 doors, which makes no sense. Three times a month they cut the water for "broken pipes" but nothing ever gets fix around here. The staff turns off the phones and lock the office to avoid the residents to go in to complain. When you ask to speak to a manager he/she is never there whether in person or by phone. DONT MOVE HERE!Save your self the time and money go else where
Not bad for a college students FIRST apartment because of the pricing, but not somewhere I plan on staying for too long. My lease will be up in December and I will be running out of the door as fast as I can. Some electrical plugs don't work, our dishwasher smells like its going to catch on fire when used, HORRIBLE cell phone service, even with high speed internet Wi-Fi. Loud neighbors who decide to party all night or even play their electric guitar at 2 o'clock in the morning on a weeknight, kids running around looking around your porch area to see what you have, even attempting to look into your windows if there is even one crack in the blinds. Never really anywhere to park near my door because people decide that the parking lot is a place to place your lawn chairs and just hangout. Water randomly getting cut off once to twice a month due to a burst pipe that never seems to get properly fixed. Heat will stop working in the winter and air will stop in the summer, but there is no real point in calling maintenance for an emergency because it wont get answered, even if you leave a message. Luckily if you make nice with the maintenance manager, you would be able to call them personally to look into it, because the office staff isn't very good about reporting your problems or anything really until you have to physically go up there and stress to them your problems, and when I say stress your problems, I mean actually have a serious tone with them as if they are children who don't understand. If you're looking for safety, in regards to gates and whatnot, this is not the place for you. The gates are open 24/7, anyone can go in at anytime. I've never personally experienced anything like someone breaking into my car or a robbery thank goodness, but the staff is pretty good about telling you 2 weeks to a month or so after one has happened (sarcasm). If you move here, just be aware of your surroundings at all times!
My name is Bridget and I have been living in The Rockridge Place Apartments for about 2 years.With most time moving in for the first time is pretty skeptical not knowing the unknown but so far I have been satisfied with my living..neighbors are quiet, always see maintenance around and about, love that its close to public transportation so I can get to where I'm going with out any problem. Management is really helpful and work with you honestly to meet all of your needs especially if your going through a rough time like me being laid out and helping me to preven eviction
I have been living at city view place apartments going on three years and I must say I have never had any issues on the property. The front office staff are always there to help any time I request an work order. The neighbors are pretty nice as well. Very clean property
I started renting from this place in December of 2014 and so far this apartment complex has always worked with us and inside the apartment is great I love this place and I would recommend it to my friends. this apartment has 7 different phases each has its own pool and there is also a pool at the office and there is also a volley ball court and a gym... It has a park so that you can walk and relax in the sun and it has a place to bbq and its just really awesome... Samantha W, Houston Tx
When I moved here about 10 years ago, this place was... pretty nice. Since, management has changed hands several times. We can't get anything fixed around here. I have outlets that don't work, leaky windows, low water pressure, thin walls. The parking lot doesn't have nearly enough spaces to accommodate everyone. There used to be four working gates, two in, two out. now only two are open. The others are chained up. The working gates are never closed so no sense of security. My car has been broken into once. Some parts of the parking lots have no lighting so you not only walk a long way, but also in the dark. Very dangerous. Also, the concrete in the parking lot is chipping away. Several big holes to avoid while driving. Parking lot also floods in heavy rains; about 5 inches at least. Maintenance takes forever to fix something. Had someone out to fix my running toilet 3 times, still leaks. I could fix it, but the shut off valve has been painted over (as well as the tub and tiles, which is also chipping) and it does not shut all the way off for me to do the job. My microwave went out 2 years ago. They're only willing to replace it with a vent fan. Every year, the air conditioning goes out. It takes over a week to get someone to "fix" it. Overall, this place could you an overhaul. I don't much care about exterior looks, which are totally unacceptable, but the apartments themselves are in very bad shape. To top it off, and finish, my washing machine takes forever to run in cold water. Almost an hour. I would not recommend new tenants.
Very bad matience men. They say my ac is fixed when im sitting in 80 degree weather during the day! Horrible people in the office. I would not recommend it. There are lots of gun shots too.
The apartments were convenient and cheap in the beginning, but they keep going up on the rent and switching management. At least remodel and fix work orders in a timely manner if your going to jack up the price. Fix the security gates. Make my environment pleasant and safe. Care about the tenants just as you do your paycheck! Thanks
They had a really nice pool, the living area was really roomy, and the people there were very nice.
