Palm Club Apartment Homes

Palm Club is a decent place to live. Nice staff but it could use improvements. Apartments need upgrading with new flooring, appliances and paint. I know my apartment can use a lot of things that need to be done and I’ll do work order because I know it will be fixed. Again, it’s decent.

Living at Palm Club is pleasant. Neighbors are friendly, office staff is enjoyable, accommodating, and helpful and maintenance is responsive and efficient. Apartment is spacious and I love the balcony for my plants and it is larger than any others I looked at in the Brunswick area, along with outside storage space!

Amazing place to live! Friendly staff and nice neighbors. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home. Apartments are super nice!

Everything has been great here! Its quiet and peaceful, also very safe! The property manager ensure everything runs very smoothly and her top priority is everyones safety.

I enjoy being a resident. No issues, the staff is professional and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. It’s pretty quiet and my daughter loves the pool.

I've been living in this community for about a year, and overall, it's been a great experience! The apartments are spacious, and the grounds are well-kept with nice landscaping and plenty of green spaces. The amenities are a definite perk—especially the pool and fitness center, which are clean and well-maintained. The location is a big advantage as well, with nearby shopping, dining options, and easy access to public transit. It’s quiet and feels safe, with friendly neighbors who look out for one another. The only downsides would be that visitor parking is sometimes limited, and there were a few minor maintenance delays during peak season. However, management has been responsive and helpful whenever I've had any issues. I’d recommend this community to anyone looking for a balanced, peaceful place to live!

Old building needing lots of updates. At market price there are many newer, cleaner apartments with more amenities in the area to choose from

Best apartment living in Brunswick! Staff are the best - friendly and knowledgeable and responsive. to resident needs. Entire complex is clean and well maintained.

Moved here in January’24 and I really have no complaints! Raven and Ruth are more than accommodating with any questions and just very pleasant office staff!!! Maintenance has responded quickly with matters and I have no problem with referring anyone who has asked me about living here

I love if it’s quiet and peaceful here and great atmosphere, there is a lot of parking options and as far as inside the building, there is plenty of room

Moved here in January 2024 and have nothing negative to say - staff is great and very quick to act with anything needing to be done. I’m happy I chose Palm Club when I moved from Atlanta

the ladies in the front office are easy for me for me communicate with. Miss Raven & Miss Ruth are always pleasant & eager to help me with any issues I may have. Both ladies are very professional at all times. The maintenance staff are also very good. They respond quickly when something needs to be fixed in my apartment, such as leaks. Also very professional

I am going on year 2 at Palm club and love the location, amenities and my home. It is an affordable community with many benefits and the staff are always friendly and helpful!

I have been enjoying my stay here at Palm Club Apartment. Great office staff and nice residents. I love the summer time and the pool. The plam trees makes me feel like I'm at a vacation hotel. This is the best place to live.

The complex is well maintained, you can see the upkeep of the grounds throughout the year, and the front office/maintenance team are responsive. What is nice about the property is the accessibility to the main shopping area nearby and it only takes 10m to get to I-95 and about 15-20 minutes to St. Simons Island. Neighbors tend to keep to themselves, noise isnt much of an issue here

The amenities, staff, location and price are all extremely reasonable for the area and quality of home. I will be renewing my lease another year to live in this community!

love the apartment complex but someone keeps breaking into cars.. i'm assuming only unlocked ones but unsure.. otherwise safe and we really like it

Everything from the amenities, staff attentiveness, location and apartment itself is great! My one downfall is the old carpet in my unit. Otherwise, I am very happy and plan to renew my lease.

We just moved in here and absolutely love it! Everyone is so friendly and it is such a great community! The property is so well maintained and anytime there is an issue (which is very rare) but the maintenance team always come and they are super speedy. I would 10/10 recommend living here

The manager, office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. They are great!! The pool has just been re-done and looks great! Maintemamce reqiests are handled very timely. Just need to get new BBQ grills and get the front gate working.

Love our apartment and the management as well as the maintenance team. Most residents are friendly and amazing!!! However, there is some drug use going on, regularly, right in front of the office, that is endless. My apartment smells of it. This is the only problem that I have. Other than that, I love it here!

Palm Club Apartment Homes is a great place to live at in Brunswick, Ga. I love my apartment and it quite here. The property manager made relocating to a new area stress free with emails from Palm Club Apartment Homes to me as a new resident to assistant moving, change of address and more.

The staff is wonderful! I just renewed my lease for my third year, and the staff in the office made it easy. I'm happy to be staying for another year!

It's a pretty cool place to stay nice and quiet with some friendly neighbors the apartment could use a lil work on the inside but other than it's ok

Maintenance is extremely on top of things, everyone in the leasing office is friendly and we have a beautiful pool. My only negative would be some challenges at move in but all is since resolved.

Lots of leaks in the roof nice management but suck at fixing thing in a timely manner the parking lot floods with little rain on the plus side they got us moved in fast

Palm Club has been my home for 5years. It’s been a journey. The maintenance is top tier. They have always came on schedule. Every maintenance order has been fulfilled immediately. The property managers are very nice as well.

Quiet community, amazing staff, and the pool is the best place to watch the sunset. Maintenance always does an awesome job and they get work orders done the same day I submit them.

I have lived here since August 2022. It's a great place for me to live. I'm less than a mile from my work and being the only one that lives in the apartment, it's perfect for me.

First let me say that the staff are friendly and willing to help you with problems within the company policy. The policies have no wiggle room. The property is well maintained on the outside and I know that as apartments turn over that they are cleaned and repaired. The repair in my master bath over the toilet where water had leaked from the bath above was just painted over with Kilz and black discoloration ( mold?) is still visible. There is also black discoloration in my storage shed around air unit. Appliances are out dated, mine don't work well. Excuses are given but no replacement even considered. Rent here in the area is just high and my rent is comparable to the rest.
