We wish there were more parking spots and traffic noise was not that loud. Other than that, it's a nice little community. Maintenance do an ok job and could be faster.

My apartment has been great. The complex is well maintained and clean. The office people are very nice. My one and only complaint is the parking. I would not recommend living here if you have more than one vehicle. Other than that living here has been a good experience!

Love it here.. palm court is a nice area, kids love the pool and park areas… I enjoy the pool as well and the aloso have a computer to use to handle business and a room to rent out for parties

I’ve been living here since 2017. Such a convenient location. Everything I need is close to me. The grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, banks, shopping, etc. My job is only 10 minutes away so that is another convenient factor. I never feel bothered or annoyed living here. It would be nice if they added a mini mart with basic essentials like soaps or tissue products or even coffee for the days you run out of things but don’t quite have time to go to the actual grocery store. Maybe a vending machine in the resident lounge.

It is a good thing to have entrance control. It will reduce the traffic volume and speed. Pest control is good; of course good neighbors are contributed. Yard cleaning is done by weekly and good. The maintenance experience are good.

There needs to be a more centralized location for BBQ grills and tables to be used. The staff should provide the proper information to tenants rather than billing for charges for paperwork they have already received.

I have now lived here a little over a year and I have absolutely loved it. The only issues I have ever had were minor maintenance things that were fixed so quickly it didn’t even matter. My section (back permiter) of the complex is very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are very nice. I am very glad I renewed my lease.

Animal friendly communities are great, they enrich our lives greatly, however the property dog park needs maintenance at least 2x a week as it gets a lot of use.

Moving in was smooth. Neighbors are friendly. Right near the road so traffic noise is loud. Wish there was 2 entrance so we don't go around and wished there was more uncovered parking.

I love living here. My only issue is that the hot tub bubbles HAVE NEVER worked since I moved in. It’s quite a deterrent to renewing. If I pay for the amenities, I’d like them available. I’ve reported the lack of jet function several times and they say they’ll fix it and never do. It’s very disheartening.

Love the apartment. Huge roach issue though. That needs dealing with. I have to wait another week for the pest control spray. That and I’ve been without a working toilet for 4 days. Pipes aren’t clogged. There’s a buildup in the seal area. Not the end of the world. I’m happy to be here. Just don’t like the lack of attention to these not so small issues.

The apartment is very cute and modern, I love that there is a washer and dryer and I love that we live close to the amenities. Our neighbors are super chill and quiet. I also love all of the big trees outside our windows, it helps keep our apartment cool!

Don't move in here COCKROACHES!!! I didn't have a roach issue until I moved in. I didn't start to noticed them until a few weeks living here. I lived here for 6 months and almost monthly my apartment has to be fumigated. The "manager" said they were treating other apartments in this building which is false. Pest Control said they only inspected two other apartments in my building. I tried to give this place chance after chance. This most recent time they fumigated by apartment TWICE in the last 3 weeks! There is still roaches because they refused to treat the entire building. Please don't move here it's not worth having this issue I have so many regrets in living here

After 7 years, it continues to be a nice quiet area. It’s nice that Palm Court has added some new features. The only thing they could do better is proved a key fob or card key for better entry to gates. They could also provide better access to driving entries using stickers or also key fobs. This has been a contentious problem and I wish they would just provide better gate entry.

Apartment amenity is good and claen but the meintenance and leasing office staff are not that helpful. You will have to visit them several time to get a maintenance request resolved. This can be improved. Thanks !
