Palm Lake Apartments is a splendid place to live. A beautiful setting with a lake and ducks to watch as you sit out on your deck or going to walk around. There are many amenities as a pool, laundry rooms, gym, and game room. It is located in a great place near Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Bart and downtown Walnut Creek! The maintenance staff exceeds my expectations and they’re ALWAYS timely, very professional, doing an amazing job & most important they make sure your needs are being met. We like the quick response of the new Administration to the requirements in order to improve our apartment. Thank you very much to Bryan and Cruz Good job !!!!!

Excellent maintenance service with care. On-site maintenance staff Zimri is very professional patient and provides excellent maintenance services on a timely-manner which makes this place easier and better to live. They will come in fix and install everything. On the other hand, the building is indeed very old. Renovation of the unit is poor and defective.

The place is great, meant to be quiet with kind neighbors. I've lived here for a few months now. But these days, under the new management that took over, there ALWAYS seems to be construction going on for months on end- LOUD construction. A lot of residents are still working from home, so it is terrible to get work done, and take calls. The pounding against the wood panels just never stop, leaves you with a headache by the end of 5pm. I can't wait to get back to on site work. This is something to seriously consider before moving in here.

My quality of life has plummeted since they began running a gas-powered leaf blower almost every morning for hours, including Sundays. It’s really difficult to sleep or get remote work done or keep our baby asleep. We’re moving out ASAP since mgmt doesn’t care.

First off the building is really old and need to be repaired rebuild they always have to shut off the water do repairs. Your mail will possibly getting stolen and your delivered packages, Other than that yes it’s quiet and if you’re OK with a old-school apartment that needs A lot of maintenance sure it’s OK

Javier made the application process so smooth and easy. Management is nice, professional and very helpful. Palm Lake Apartments are close to everything, the units are spacious, affordable and the common areas make you feel like you’re living somewhere tropical.

This complex is a hidden gem in Concord. It is quiet, the new management is working on updating units and keeps it much cleaner, the people are friendly, and the location can't be beat!!

Oh man... where to begin. The water was shut off every other day for weeks. Our car got messed with and when we asked if they could share the footage with the police... radio silence. Later come to find they’re props, the cameras don’t work. The washing machines rarely work. The dryers don’t dry your clothes and eat your money. There are cockroaches everywhere on the property and in the apartments—it’s a losing battle. The elevators are incredibly old and break randomly and frequently. Management will have construction going on below you for hours without any notice. It’s really noisy because we are a block away from the fire station and our apartment faces the street. They also constructed a wall that blocks off most of the sun that was coming into our apartment without asking permission or even telling us what they were doing to our balcony. Management simply does... Not... Care. The ducks are cool. There’s poop everywhere but that’s to be expected haha. I can’t hear neighbors even when I can tell they’re having parties from the balcony. Neighbors are respectful. I’ve only had one package out of dozens stolen.

Cruz was the one who did the tour with me and he was great and patient with all my questions!! Javier was amazing in answering all my questions and was consistent with following up with me regarding the status of my application. The place is beautiful, peaceful and I can’t wait to start living here. Very safe in terms of security and great location! Overall, great experience and very polite customer service!

First off I would like to thank Javier the property manager for all of his help. My process was a tad complicated due to my employer but he was very patient and communicated very well through the entire process. Dealing with everyone at the office was easy and made this entire move hassle free. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. Truly a great experience considering moving can be a little stressful as is. Thank you Palm Lake for all of the great service I received from the moment I went to view the apartment to the final close of the process.

I have been living at the Palm Lake Apartments for over a year I would like to say I have had a great experience. The property manager and his team have always been so communicative and polite with any issues I have had. If you're looking for a property that actually cares about you I highly recommend Palm Lake Apartments to everyone and there families.

While they have worked really hard to improve the facility, they don’t make people adhere to the rules. It is NOT a smoke free environment because they don’t enforce it. I am going to have to move because of it. So frustrated with management.

This property is really nice, very quiet and very clean. The manager Javier is incredible. He helped us throughout the process with an impressive kindness. He is very helpful and trustworthy We are very happy to live here.

I've been a resident here for 2 years, I recently transitioned from a smaller unit to a larger one. During that process Javier and his team did an excellent job at making that transition seamless. Not to mention I needed this turn around to happen in less than 3 weeks, so their efficiency was immaculate. I appreciate their commitment to ensuring their residents feel comfortable and pleased. We just recently moved back to California and we were having a hard time finding a place to call it home, we came to check this property out and I felt in love with the community how private and how it’s family oriented place. The Manager of this community Javier is a trustworthy person who’s honest and works hard to give you the experience of your future home. He’s the person you want to come in contact. I appreciate the opportunity to have the first hand experience and to be resident now at palm lake apartments. I love my house and I love the area.

The worst apartments I’ve ever been to. If I could leave 0 stars on this I would. The hallways are always dirty, the laundry machines NEVER work, people from maintenance are always picking up recycling bottles instead of fixing something in your apartment, the manager has a terrible attitude, packages constantly getting stolen, pipes are always broken, etc. I’m so glad I moved out of here.

Me and my wife have lived here for a year and we love it! Great location near lots of restaurants and shopping. The lake is beautiful, has lots of wildlife and is perfect for a evening walk. Very quiet and the staff take care of any issues you have quickly. Manager Javier has been great dealing with any issues that come up. He takes the time to listen to you and takes care of anything you need as soon as possible. We will not be leaving anytime soon and will most likely upgrade to a 2 bedroom in the future. Thanks to Javier and all the Palm Lake team for all the work you guys do! You guys are awesome!

I am very upset that I chose this apartment. The corridors are dirty, almost never cleaned, even if you clean in front of the door every day, neighbors will carry trash buckets past your door to the chute and make your efforts useless. Therefore, if you are allergic to dust, it is better to look for other apartments. Also, if you work a lot and want to relax at home, then this apartment is not for you either. A month ago, a tenant with a huge dog settled in a residential complex. All day long until late at night, the dog is alone on the balcony !!!! The balcony faces the courtyard, so barking is heard in all apartments. The dog barks from early morning until 1 am. Every night the neighbors are indignant, shouting through the windows that you cannot sleep, but it seems that the leadership has nothing to do with this problem. And this is not the whole list of inconveniences.

A safe, community environment feeling. Friendly people, nice floor plans. I just love it there.

I have been a Palm lake resident for almost eight years. I enjoy the ambiance of the lake and our resident water fowl, turtles and various fountains. Management is very effective in resolving tenant issues, and they do very well in keeping the property up. Property issues stem from tenant vandalism and littering. There are some problems with damage to cars and theft of property in the parking garage.

The property is conveniently located near grocery stores and eateries.

I Mina have lived at palm lake apartments.I for 12 years now and I love it..never want to move..Services are great . Clean..very quiet... just a great place to live.

My fiancé and I moved in a couple weeks ago. From the beginning, the leasing office has always been very friendly and quick responsive. The apartments are clean and quiet. Even though we have only been here a couple weeks, we have not had any complaints. I definitely would recommend living here. We love our first new apartment as a newly engaged couple

It's pretty quiet outside of the geese. It is in a good spot for food and groceries.

Highly recommend Palm Lake Apts. The grounds are beautiful and private as they are in the middle of the community. Mgmt staff are fantastic and anyone who has lived in apts knows this is a crucial component of happy living.

There are single pane windows, popcorn ceilings, cigarette odored hallways/units, constant car break-in's, noise, noise noise noise all hours of the night and unsafe overall. One former neighbor of mine told me there was a man standing in front of their apartment door looking through the peep hole in the middle of the night. All of the amenities have been shutdown since March 2020 to date, yet rent did not decreased or not given a break in rent due to the pandemic. The maintenance crew are very nice which is the only plus living here. People come charging downstairs all hours of the night and day making windows rattle as well as my bed. People yelling at the parking gate to be let in at 2-4am. More yelling/loud talking when people come through the stairwell door waking every tenant that's sleeping anywhere from 11pm.-5am. Tenants are moving out like crazy here because we have had it with that management. They'll take the full rent but won't provide the services you're paying for. Look for another place to live with a property management company who actually cares about their tenants, Greystar does not.

Palm Lake Apartments are great! Friendly staff and a beautiful environment. Lots of birds, geese, and ducks to feed. Families and the people who live here are very nice and friendly. I love living here.

Pool is always full of debris, guardrails on staircases are broken, caution tape on stairs, peeling paint everywhere, constant pooling water in parking garage, hot tub should probably be shut down, grey water and a lot of trash and dirt

Palm Lake Apts. has been good to my family since I first resided here in 2005. They have listened to my concerns and have worked with me in making my apartment comfortable and functional.

Palm Lake is great. Its "Palm Lake" not "Palm Lakes". One lake. Just one. Has turtles. Palm Lake is beautiful and smells nice. You should live here if you can afford it. Great place. Like the softer side of Sears, but more expensive. Nice amenities. Cool staff.

People are very friendly in my Apartment building and in the office . I am in Apt B

Palm Lake welcomed me when i needed a place to live after just moving to California. Been living here for 5 years and its been fantastic. No real issues and the staff had been fantastic the entire time.

Persons at the front desk were easy to approach and open about any details. We were happy to find a place well suited to our needs while moving in was made as friendly as possible.Staff is friendly and helpful.
