Property Ratings at Palm Lodge Estates
Living here is nice because of the amenities if and when they are available, but that’s it. The staff and manager make it impossible to live comfortably. They are always micro-managing what you are doing. There are constantly robberies on the property. Many have asked for help and all we get is that you need to have cameras because the cameras the property has are only for them to use…which made me very uncomfortable since they have already taken a picture of my car before and made false allegations of me and my family several times. Yet, they can’t use their cameras for good use to take quality pictures of the crimes that have been committed around the property. This makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and like I am constantly being watched. The manager has poor people skills and is very hypocritical when it comes to following the same rules she makes everyone else follow. They shut off the power frequently and close off other amenities without letting us know at times. They also have a problem with any items of decor that you have on the front porch of side of your home. They once claimed that everyone needs to remove all potted plants from their porch because it doesn’t make the park look nice. If the plants or items weren’t removed they claimed that they were going to remove them for us… as if during this time there weren’t potholes everywhere that needed to be fixed and were just filled with dirt or rocks for the longest time. It is only worth it if you own the home you’re living in, that way you can live comfortably under your own terms and not be micro-managed and invaded of privacy constantly. Please look for somewhere else! We got a warning from some of the neighbors about this place and we didn’t listen!
Good place to live but be aware that they charge for EVERYTHING once you leave. Out of 1595 deposit we received 76 dollars. They actually charge you for the paint and find any little thing to charge you. We lived there for 4 years and every year they raise your rent. It just seems like the owners are just money hungry and want you to replace everything for them before you move out, doesn't matter if you pay your rent on time or keep your place clean.. They also change mangers frequently and most of the staff is friendly. Just beware of this place because looks can be deceiving. Do your research before moving in. Ask question and proof read the lease!! Good luck!

Me gustaría saber qué apartamento que han vivido en? La manera en la que trabaja es que si cualquier otros, los daños luego de desgaste a cualquier lugar al que vaya que le cobrará. The Los alquileres de ir en OC a cualquier lugar al que vaya. Usted debe tener en cuenta su investigación de primera como si menciona en su comentario. Su a la derecha, Este es un excelente lugar para vivir, personal y vecinos se admiten mascotas, que cuentan con todas las noches de patrulla ocuparse de mi propiedad y administración vive en el lugar.

We have lived at two different spaces within the last 3 years at Palm Lodge Estates. The park is overall pretty nice. It is well kept up, and generally very quite. It's very nice having no shared walls, and each unit has its own driveway with private parking. There is also plenty of guest parking throughout the park. Each unit has washer and dryer hookups, but there is also a coin laundry facility on site if needed. My only complaint is the management staff. They can't seem to keep one person, and have a high turnover rate. Sometimes I walk into the office and see somebody knew and find out the manager I was previously working with no longer works there for whatever reason. This was especially an issue when we switched units because the manager who made notes when we moved in was not very thorough, and so we ended up getting overcharged for a lot of stuff that we shouldn't have. Just be careful and take a lot of pictures and notes when you move in, they are tedious and try to avoid giving you any of your deposit back.
We've been living here since 2013. It's been 2 years and we are so thankful we found this property. Ours is a 2 bedroom which is just right. It looked small on the outside, but coming in feels huge. It's an open space design; kitchen, dining and living room all tied together that makes it easy to look on things and of course our little one. There are a lot of things that made us fall in love with our apartment. First, it has a hook up for washer/dryer, parents like me know how costly it is to do laundry outside, not to mention the effort and scorching heat just to get to the laundry place. Not all apartments has this feature, although the property has their on-site laundry which is available for the tenants. It is also centrally located in the property so it is very convenient. Next, it is one-level property with your own parking slot in front of your space. The efficiency of getting groceries, and just knowing that your cars are right there gives us peace of mind that it is safe and away from the dangers of parking in the streets. They also have allotted parking spaces for visitors and don't you worry about not getting a spot because they have a lot in the whole property. It is also a family friendly neighborhood, you will see kids biking, teens and adults walking, elderly exercising around the property. I have seen security patrols going around the property to ensure safety. Managers also doing their rounds at the end of the day. The maintenance people are very nice, if something broke or is not working, just call them and they will be there at once. They have on-call during the weekends and answer right away. Among other amenities are the pool, playground and barbeque area, and the spacious clubhouse. We held a lot of parties in the clubhouse and we love that it has its own bathroom and kitchen, with free use of stove, microwave and fridge! It is like having a house of your own with the stress-free worries of home ownership.
Nice well kept property. Spoke to two different managers. First one told me I could get in with on a short term. Next day was ready to sigh, manager said we don't do short term lease. The rent is more than she said..... Bait and. Switch no thank you
This is a nice quiet community. No loud noise, or crazy people. Good for families with children. Good schools!!! Rent is due on time, no late payments. If rent is late, immediate eviction notice. NO HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Only AT&T 768kbs DSL, satellite internet or mobile broadband hotspot internet available. NO CABLE TV. Only Satellite TV available (DirectTV or Dish)
