Property Ratings at Palm Shore
Great value and huge improvement with the new owners. It's now a quiet community. Improvements across the board from departing with the problem tenants, modern upgraded interiors, fixed AC units, leaky roof, and even the parking lot. Night and day from the old folks a year ago.
I have lived here 6 months. My apartment was already upgraded, so that was a plus. This is a small community, and I have at least a nodding acquaintance with everyone living here. That is probably my favorite thing about living here....the sense of neighborhood. Management is professional, but friendly, they know everyone by name. They also listen when you have suggestions or concerns. All in all a nice place to live.
I'm very happy with the changes taking place under new management. Maintenance is much better and they are doing a lot to improve the entire place. Excited to get my new floors and appliances. It's also a great location on the East end for UTMB and easy access to the beach.
Property Manager at Palm Shore, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review! We are pleased you have noticed the changes and look forward to providing more improvements in the near future.
I've lived here for 8 years and the new owners and management are exceptional. They've been steadily refreshing the property and individual apartments, maintenance is always prompt and courteous, and you can't beat the location being just 2 blocks from Stewart Beach and within walking distance of great restaurants, grocery store, and UTMB. Great place to call home.
Property Manager at Palm Shore, Responded To This Review
Thank you! We are thrilled you are pleased with our services and appreciate your review.
I recently moved in to the property and have been happy with the quality of the apartment. They have put in new lights, appliances and floors and my unit has been great. I had a maintenance request and property manager responded same day and maintenance fixed it the next day. Very professional staff
I look out my bedroom window and see the beach and the Gulf of Mexico...I have friends all around me, and have peace of mind. The necessities of life are within walking distance....Once I went 10 days without having to go anyplace in my truck...just riding my bike and walking to where I needed to go....A lovely place to live....Unfortunately, the new landlord is not renewing Disabled Veteran's leases, so I have to move by 30 Sept....not cool...."doc" in Galveston
