It may not have the flashy reputation of San Francisco or Los Angeles, but Sacramento embodies the very best of what makes California so unique. The city is well known for preserving its history, from early settlements like Sutter’s Fort to the gorgeous 19th century architecture of Old Sacramento to the artifacts in the Sacramento History Museum. Pop culture and the fine arts are well-represented, with local stages hosting symphony concerts and rock shows and galleries displaying works by the old masters as well as modern upstarts. The local restaurant scene is famous for its heavy emphasis on “farm to fork” principles, making it one of the best places to find fresh, locally sourced food.
Those living in Sacramento love to take advantage of the mild climate, whether that means biking the River Trail, taking the kids to Fairytale Town, or heading over to Sutter Health Park to catch a River Cats baseball game.

Property Ratings at Palm Terrace Apartments
Gate has been broken for over a year, pool closed for past 3 years. Car thefts, homeless walking into property, its gone downhill.
We've been living at Palm Terrace for one year. It's a great place to live! It's very quiet, and the neighbors are respectful of each other. The manager is friendly, professional, and efficient. She has been there awhile, so is experienced and takes care of things quite well. Some other things I love are that it's set back from the main street, the parking situation is great, the rent is reasonable, there are beautiful old growth trees on the property, and I absolutely love the large patio/garden space in the downstairs units. There is a small swimming pool here, but it's only open during the summer months. We looked at a lot of apartments before moving here, and glad we chose this one.
I love this apartment complex the neighbors are nice, no crazy neighbors the manager is really cool and chill she handles things in a professional manner. Maintenance is efficient and effective in fixing things and it's not to noisy.
I've been living here for little over a year now and I am incredibly pleased!! It is close to my work (within walking distance) The manager has been wonderful and was so helpful in getting me my first home. As soon as I walked into the unit my Fiancee and I fell in love! It has been a wonderful place to start our family. It's quiet and pushed back off of any main streets. The only problem I've witnessed is a couple weeks ago we had some vagrants who set up camp in front of the gate. However, by the end of the day, there was a security guard here escorting them off premises. Superb place!!!!!
I've lived here almost 8 years. Every single time there's anything wrong Mary the manager has maintenance come in and fix it. She's always been nothing but nice to me. And willing to work with me if my rent is going to be late. Yes the rent is being raised here, but it is California and other complexes in sacramento have also been raised due to California inflation. She's always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the quality of loving in her complex is above standards. In my personal experience with apartment managers in other complexes, Mary is the best manager I've had in an apartment complex.
I've lived here for over 7 years and am happy here. I like the apartments are gated and set off the street. I like that there's a pool and 24/7 access to the laundry room. Mary is always on top of things. When something needs to fixed maintenance comes in and fixes it. I would recommend friends and family to love here. Nice size apartments.
plam terrace apt'' this is a very nice place to live, i been here for 5year. It a ouit place and close to a park for your children...
I have been living in this apartments for over 6 months now and I can not think of anything bad so far! Both the area and the complex are always quiet and calm. The people who are living in the complex are all nice and always say Hi each other with smiling:) It makes me really comfortable and think I'm glad I chosen this apartment! The owner is always reachable to ask anything and very nice! I definitely recommend this apartment for your choice! Also, the rent is affordable for one bedroom in this area!
I lived at Palm Terrace Apartments for about 10-years. The apartment was very comfortable and had a patio with a 20ftX17ft garden, some downstairs have wonderful little yards for plant lovers. The complex is set off the road and is quiet and scenic. Beautiful mature Redwood trees ad to the 'living in the woods' feeling. Management was always quick to respond to my concerns, which were few. I had a two bedroom and the storage was more than adequate. The only reason I moved was because I bought a house. I highly recommend Palm Terrace.
I am a singal mom, I use to live here for a year and a half. Id moved out of town, however now Im moving back!! My child and i love these apartments we feel vary safe, the landlord is really nice and down to earth. No noise its real quite. Over all a real good plcae to live. Thank God im coming home
