I've been living here for 5 years, complex and staff are getting better and better, I moved to a bigger apartment a couple months ago and I love it! I love my new home... Ana and Emily helped a lot! We needed maintenance staff to fixed a couple things and they did great! My carpets were brand new, no mold, no stains, no odor. Luis demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and efficiently resolves maintenance issues, reliable and punctual in completing his job. I appreciate it. I can't forget to mention the last Halloween event, it was a spectacular, the whole team got into action, they put a lot of dedication and time, my family and I enjoyed it to the fullest. We are happy to be part of Palm trace landings.

Not a bad place to live in considering how bad living in apartments can be. The package room is a joke though. Had multiple packages stolen from me. The local water plant isn’t the best either. Our water is yellow and we were told it’s just an “aesthetic thing” but to be quite honest if we had known that before signing the lease, we wouldn’t have chosen this apartment.

Amazing community it is 10 Minutes walking distance from Palm trace landings to Westport Plaza, where Publix is located. It is also a 15 minute drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale

Community isn't bad, however sink, shower and toilet water in my apartment is yellow. Pools are nice and the communal facilities are really kept clean and are pretty nice. Packages get stolen and the parcel locker isn't fully trustworthy.

Needs to be more modern. The price of the apartments don’t match the amenities. The staff is pleasant. The community is quiet and safe! The convenience of having highway and shopping center is a plus also

Love it here. Great location, good schools, great shops nearby. Spacious apartments and fast maintenance support. Pet friendly and Great amenities too. Gave it a 4 because I've had a hiccup with one of the staff members from the office other than her, all is smooth sailing, living here going on 6 yrs now

Very comfy and cozy over looking a lake. Gym and pool walking distance. The in home features are amazing can control kitchen and dining lights from my phone as well as lock/un-lock my front door.

Community is nice and the maintenance is attentive but parking is a hassle, always. If you have a garage and two vehicles, you are required to park in the garage and the spot right outside the garage or you’ll get booted. I mentioned that I have motorcycles and they take up space in the garage, so I requested a sticker to park in a normal spot and was refused and told I wasn’t supposed to use my garage as “storage” but I am not. The motorcycles are vehicles as well. No resolution with management, just have to cram all 5 motorcycles in with a vehicle which is a huge inconvenience

My experience here has been good, way better than any other apartment I lived at. If you need help with anything they help you, the neighbors are nice and I like the amenities.

Been here almost 3 years and seems to have declined a bit... There are way too many smokers smoking both marijuana and cigarettes which are both a violation of the lease agreement. Also the dog path along the water has too many dog poos that aren't being picked up.

I'm very happy with my renewal. I have been living in this complex for almost 6 years. We decided to renew the lease to a bigger place, I thought it would be a lot of stress but Emily, Gio and Ana helped us a lot, they are very professional team, they made our life easier! we are very happy and excited. 10/10 we recommend.

Move in was easy, any issues were fixed fast by onsite worker that explained well.. I dont need to find a gym membership its on site. Beautiful well taken care of area

it’s great here! love to walk around the pond and the gym has almost all the equipment i would need except for a cable machine. moved into a clean apartment, getting what we paid for.

Just moved in ! Amazing lake view , pool , gym , barbeque area . Quite place and enjoyable ! Good vibes ! Family style and animal friendly ! The management very nice , helpful .

Same old, same old, but that’s not a bad thing. I’ve been enjoying my stay here everyday. It’s especially nice to be able to come home from work, relax and take a walk around the beautiful lake, it’s very peaceful here

Everything besides the black mold is awesome. The staff is super kind and helpful and the amenities are top tier. The gym is super nice and has a lot of room for different activities. Anything that needs to get fixed gets fixed quickly.
