The Bronx is considered one of New York’s trendiest neighborhoods. Separated from Manhattan by the Harlem River, the Bronx is busy, chaotic, and diverse — in fact, more than 75 different languages are spoken here. While it’s famous for its attractions like Yankee Stadium and the Bronx Zoo, there’s much more to this iconic borough.
Overflowing with unique charm and classic brownstones, the Bronx also features art deco designs and amazing food in locations like Little Italy. Hip-hop originated in South Bronx during the 1980s, and music is still an integral part of the community.
You might think living in the Bronx means traffic horns, concrete, and pedestrian-filled sidewalks. And, yes, that’s all true, but there are several parks in the Bronx, as well. The New York Botanical Garden stands out with an impressive sprawl of 50 gardens and 30,000 trees. Orchard Beach provides a sweet waterside escape, while Wave Hill Public Gardens offers scenic views of the Hudson River.

Property Ratings at Palmer Court
These apartments are in unsuitable living conditions. Completely filthy and infested with mice, EVERYWHERE.
Since the new management took over it’s been deteriorating. This complex is not considered high price NYCHA. Constant rodent problem, ridiculous rent increase at the max, dirty laundry room, garbage facility is just deplorable. The only plus side to this place is the convenience of a playground if you have kids other than that this complex went from bad to worse.
New management company based in Brooklyn is HORRIBLE and DISRESPECTFUL. They increased the rent by hundreds of dollars from the old management company. They lose rent payments and tell tenants they have not paid for months even when payments have been deducted from accounts. They files suits in court for payments they have already received and then tenants have to do extra work to show proof of payment. They invested time installing many cameras around the building which would be a good thing if they actually did work inside the apartments and in/around the building. You talk to them, get things "resolved" and then the issue arises again as no one from the office is aware or can remember or even document information properly. They have the most insane office hours, not in on Fridays and expect you to schedule things around them. Horrible customer service and they are VERY RUDE.
VERY LARGE SPACIOUS APT,from Bedrooms to Front room! Security, comes with it to,walking guard on duty, must see it,before RENTING ANYTHING ELSE!
Apartment is amazing, I live with my family in it and it's pretty roomy, I love it and it has a great neighborhood.
