Property Ratings at Palmer House
There is roaches in this complex. And every tenant I spoke to said they have roaches. The management will blame everything beside the complex being old and need renovations and upgrades. I am ready to go. The exterminator comes and no results are seen. And all they tell u is to move . Do not move here
I have been a resident at the Palmer House, Greensboro, for almost a year. I really enjoy my 2 bedroom apartment. Currently my girlfriend and her 9 year old son live with me. The location is convenient. There is a shopping center located directly across the street and 2 within walking distance. The city bus stops on both sides of the complex. The neighbors are friendly and I always help out w with my elderly neighbors. We are all close and quickly recognize unfamiliar faces. The rent is truly affordable. Not many affordable apartments in this area. It is really hard to maintain a household on a single income; Palmer House had mad it possible for me.
I love, Love, LOVE these apartments. they are cozy and very homely like. it is very spacious and good for a starter apartment. I love the rent and it never really changes. the community is great and leasing officers are able to work with us if we have any issues. mantience is AMAZING, they are always on time.
