I literally toured this complex last week, and I will say that it is not kept up with the grass was uncut, garbage everywhere and the apartments are old the apartment we tore. The floor was even lifting, and the balcony was disgusting. The pictures that they put on the website is not where you’re going to see in person. I have no idea where they got those pictures from but the apartment Are not what you see on the website. The apartments are old white, rusty, moldy appliances, and the cabinets were falling apart. And the smell was horrendous. You could tell they do not to maintenance and clean the carpet. The apartments we were passing by as we was going towards the end to see the apartment that was available. The apartment doors were broken torn up. The carpet was stained and smelled like urine. I can go on and on but I wont. Disgusting idk how this complex is even open!
Please don’t move into these apartments. Those pictures are fake, I’ve been here two years and that pool is still not open, it’s got water in it but also algae,fungus, and who knows what else. Staff is ridiculous, maintenance is a joke I have five request in over three months… some stuff I fixed myself. Please don’t be tricked into this place
Do NOT live here. Facilities are dirty or closed 90% of the time with many of the washer/dryer appliances in the common areas broken or disgusting. Grounds are very poorly kept with grass reaching knee high before they call in anyone. Area is not the safest (though is accessible to many shopping centers ect). Most importantly you will never get your money back, office will refer you to corporate who will send a copy paste email back. I cannot stress this enough LOOK ELSEWHERE!

the property is infested with rats and management refuses to do anything about it. do not expect to.be able to keep food in the pantry because the rats will get in. property management dose not communicate and maintance will mark your work order as complete without ever going to your unit.

Man where do I even start? First month of moving in here we had a 17 year old kid shot to death right outside our apartment at 3 or 4 in the morning. We got crack heads hitting their pipes in the hall ways and tweaking on the streets all night. Our car got broken into and stole 150 dollars worth of stuff. The “new management” is a joke still and is even going as far as evicting so many people for the most pettiest things. They STILL don’t answer the phones and if they do they hang up on you! They tow anyones car that doesn’t seem fit to them and in my opinion this “new management” is way worse than the last. They’ve tried to evict us twice now and have the AUDACITY to think we were gonna renew our lease? Without even giving us 60 day notice if we were planning on staying here? This whole year of being here has been a nightmare and I suggest that you don’t try to live in this roach and rat infested place. You can find better apartments and better prices than this one. Please don’t waste your time here like we have. Palmetto apartments and “new management” sucks!

Do not live here! I've lived at these apartments since August of 2021 and they have been the worst months of my life. The apartment they moved me into had an abundance of issues, of which maybe a hanful have been addressed. There is a roach infestation that will not go away no matter how much you exterminate them. The A/C has not worked correctly since we moved in and they refuse to fix it properly. Not a single ammenity that is listed on their website is operable. The pools are disgusting and do not get cleaned, the car wash area has been broken for months, the gym is tiny and barely ever open, and only half of the laundry facilities work. My dog has contracted fleas because they do not keep up with the landscape at all. There has been a dead squirrel on the sidewalk for over 5 months! There is trash everywhere. And worst of all, the managers do not care one bit. And good luck trying to get them to answer their phones because they just watch them ring so you better go up there and talk to them face-to-face. I'm writing this post because of my latest altercation with the management. They decided one day that back-in parking is no longer allowed (this is not stated in the lease). They decided that since they are fed up with my complaints (which are not nearly as many as I should tell them about) they will have my car towed because I backed into a parking space. There was no warning, nor was there any notice that my car had been towed. They also decided to ignore all of the other 100+ cars that are backed into spaces and all of the cars that are actually violating the lease by being broken down, having expired tags, or parking in places that are not meant for parking. I hope this review helps someone stay as far away from this place as possible.

Awful. Maintenance are sweet but do poor jobs, leading to me having to call in another ticket or fixing something myself. The complex is never clean. For months, a dead squirrel was just squished on the sidewalk and nobody cleaned it. There is a huge pest problem in the complex. Property managers do not care about anything but your money! AC never worked, and even broke entirely. Took them over a week to come fix it, but I have a baby and dog so we couldn't go without AC for long because they were both struggling, so we had to go buy a window unit and multiple fans. Nobody answers the phone. I have no good things to say about this place. Avoid!!!

Had to apply for housing quickly due to job relocation. This company only deals with you thru emails at their convenience. You can not speak to anyone if you have any questions or concerns. Left a message for a return phone call but received none. Then they charge you full price because YOU did not respond in the 24 hour deadline.

I have been living at this property since November 2019 and today is July 22,2020 day of this review. I have had no issue with the staff/ Management from this apartment complex until yesterday I informed them of an discovery that i found out yesterday afternoon in my apartment. I noticed my A/C unit when ever i turn it on had an great odor which i just assume was because i did not use it often, i decided to ask one of the maintenance person about the A/C filters and who is responsible for changing it, he then informed me i would have to be the one to change it and he could get me the new filter (No problem there). After struggling to pry the vent open because i am in an renovated apartment the vent cover was painted shut i discovered the most disgusting thing ever (PHOTO ATTACHED). I sent an Email to the Office just to notify them of my findings and these people responded and tried to say the condition of the filter was from 8 months that i lived there. Honesty, my aim was only to inform them of this disgusting filter that they had a new tenant move into with. but with no empathy to this situation i have notified the office that i have decided to stop all communication with them and post on a regular basis unresponsive email of my concerns that have not been replied to and all the issues i have had with photos to verify my actions. until i have someone reach out to me with the proper apology. This review is officially 24 hrs of my initial email to the Office. Thank you for reading! I cannot tell anyone where to move to i can only share my experience.

I moved in the end of December. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE. Positives The leasing agents are very friendly. Maintenance isn’t the fastest, there were several issues I had to report more than once to get fixed. Paying rent is convenient. The complex looks good on the outside. Negatives When I moved in there was GARBAGE, CIGARETTE BUDS , and broken GLASS all over the backyard. This is completely unacceptable. The leasing agent was to have someone come clean the backyard but no one ever did. The apartments are suppose to be renovated but my toilet is OLD , SHAKY and RUSTY , ALL of my kitchen cabinets are OLD and have RUST in them, to the point I will not use them. there seemed to be a WATER DAMAGE because the roof is stain with water marks throughout the ENTIRE apartment. there is also MOLD in the bedrooms. There were a lot of other move in issues, patio door did not lock, bedroom doors could not close, kitchen window is broken, MAJORITY of the outlets do not work there seems to be a POWER ISSUSE, ETC. Also only one laundry room has working washers. Everything in the complex is “under construction “. Apparently there is NO BUDGET to replace my OLD, SHAKY RUSTED toilet or OLD, RUSTY cabinets it’s ridiculous the high amount I’m paying in rent for the “renovated “ apartment. For that reason I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE
Went to go see an apartment, told the rep I'm 20 mins away to view the apartment. Not even 20 minutes in office was close due to police activity. The inside might be nice but the location is not
I am currently a resident and I have decided to leave my lease because they are extremely expensive and looks nothing like it does in the picture. DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING THE APARTMENTS ARE NOT RENOVATED!! they have bugs and ants and roaches everywhere. They are expensive for no reason.
they look nothing like that in the inside. i love there. it’s so much worse. and so much problems like everything breaks and they just put little stuff in it and never replace it. and to add to it a lot of drug dealers and someone got stabbed outside near the pool.
I am looking to Move to Orlando appartment for my Job and after my research, i found this place to call it home. Great Location, Decent sqft and amenities for the money, everything works and is updated, lovely community, Excellent management & customer friendly service, Joasia went out of the way and making it a smooth experience. I definitely recommend it.
The place is cheap, had a studio and it was not terrible. Staff is okay, maintenance is decent (depending on the day) When you first enter into your apartment building it is terrifying. I had occasionally had a homeless man sleep on top of the stairs in front of the upstairs unit almost every other night. I assume the guy above me was a dealer as it would smell profusely of weed and seep downstairs into our vents. It was not the most welcoming place. (Front cameras didn't work conveniently on the day of my car accident turning into the complex. And someone in my complex knew the guy who had hit me and stayed to tell the cops it was my fault and they gave me a ticket though we are a no fault state (they gave the driver a ticket because the guy that popped from nowhere living in my complex didn't have an ID). When maintenance was replacing carpets in front of all units they left all the wood bearing nails out in the open on the grass in front of my unit and my step daughter almost cut herself playing there. They left the rubble in front of our unit for days and threw away our mat. I don't know about roaches I didn't really see any but if you have a person near you that's dirty they a probably going to be the reason you see any.
rented. When i first moved in they started off fixing things when I reported, such as windows not working, back door screen not working, stove not working. I reported the stove multiple times, they continuously say there’s nothing wrong with it, it caused a fire in the kitchen, still they said nothing is wrong with the stove, started off with ants infestation, then started seeing roach infestation (all through the kitchen and bathroom). All the things they claimed to fix are all still broken. Drainage is terrible in the bathroom, sink, tub and toilet. Asked to get all that fixed when I first moved in but they didn’t fix anything. This place is not safe. My neighbor complained about getting robbed multiple times. Then right when I’m about to move out, I get robbed. How am I supposed to be safe if the windows and doors are not secured enough. Even after the hurricane they asked to report any damage. I reported everything and still nothing was fixed. I have small children, this is not a place i want them to be. I’m glad I’m finally leaving this place.
I have tried to call them more than 10 times through the day but no one answers the phone, based on the reviews this place is completely awful. Dont waste your time calling them, they never pick up.
i have lived and had friends who have lived here. The owner have no control of the community nor do they even care. Allot of theft and police.
I have lived here less than a year now & it's horrible!!! Maintenance is slow & bad! you can never get a call back if you need something or maintenance, no one ever answers the phone here at the office or returns your calls or emails. There is a roach & bedbug problem (which they tell you is your fault & you have to pay for the treatment & service of the spray of over $400 by Massey). There are shootings & police chases throughout the neighborhood weekly! Lots of crime here & the security can not do anything about it because it's too much!!! STAY CLEAR OF HERE & DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
Horrible roach infestation! Stupidly, I lived in this neighborhood twice. My mistake. My apartment was robbed TWICE in less than a month. The first time, they broke my window. The second time, they broke through my front door. I was able to break my lease without any charges because of the burglaries. The roaches were by millions in that apartment. But for some reason I decided to move back 5 months later. The roaches were far worst this time. The final straw was when I woke up to a roach crawling on me in bed. You couldn't even leave a glass of water on your nightstand at night without finding roaches floating in it the next morning. I moved out that month! I was also pregnant with my daughter at the time and didn't want to raise her anywhere near that apartment. I was stupid enough to move back the second time so I guess that my fault. But I wouldn't wish these apartments on my worst enemy. It looks like they have changed the name of the apts and may be under different management. I'm pretty sure that hasn't gotten rid of the roaches or the thiefs in the neighborhood. Check the crime rate for yourself. Just a warning.
