Property Ratings at Palmetto Pointe
Living at Palmetto Pointe has been wonderful. The office staff is awesome, I always feel safe, and the neighbors are friendly.
This property has a terrible bug problem. We took every action we could, we sprayed, we called pest control, we emptied all the cabinets and sprayed but nothing helped. You know it’s bad when there is a waiting list to get your apartment sprayed. We lived on the second floor and it was still horrible. I can only imagine what it was like on the first floor. There were bugs in our cabinets, in our drawers, in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Not sure where they were coming from, probably behind the oven and fridge. We have moved and are still killing them off because apparently it was so bad they moved with us. All I can say is save yourself the trouble and do not move in these apartments.

Lived here for two years and parked in the same spot that I pay for yet I got towed still… gates haven’t worked in a month. They don’t enforce any of the rules. Ppl leave theirs trash outside all day

Welcome to a community with new management, new owners, and horrendous pricing increases. They’re adding all kinds of chaos to a previously, well-functioning community, and it’s time for me to go. I would NOT recommend living here unless you want leaking walls, trash pileups, poor maintenance, or fee hikes for no apparent reason.
Amazing staff, beautiful and clean apartment complex.
Nice place to live. Calm and silent mostly. Rent price is a bit higher but apartments are in great condition and all the appliances too.

Palmetto Pointe helped me in a bind like no other... I recently moved from out of state without visiting the area. I had done my research (or so I thought) and landed an apartment I thought would be best for my spouse and I. What a nightmare it turned out to be.... Hours later we were at Palmetto Pointe. You could use the word desperate. However, the staff was so helpful and listened to our situation. They truly dropped everything they were doing to show us a couple of apartments that were available - not models - the actual apartments. It made us feel wanted and important. There was no pressure to sign and the staff was patient with us to make such a decision on the fly. The apartments, the complex, and the amenities are all so nice. I'll always remember how helpful the staff is and was.

I love staying here the area is great for my boyfriend and I. I love how most days are peaceful here. This is the best apartment Ive been in. Parking could be improved but other than that I love it

Kya did an amazing job at getting me a tour of the place and the application process took less than 5 minutes, took only a day to find out I was approved once everything was processed. The place is very nice, quiet, and all the appliances etc are a huge upgrade compared to where I was before. Very happy to be here so far.

We love living here, but I cant recommend this place to others until the parking issues are resolved. When we toured and first moved in, this wasnt an issue. But as they have rented more units, the limited parking has gotten more and more tight. They blame it on folks working from home, but that doesnt really excuse the lack of parking. Its pretty difficult to find parking in the evenings- which I dont believe would change in normal circumstances where folks are working normally. Working from home or not- the lot would be expected to be most full in the evenings. Hopefully this gets resolved and we can encourage others to come live here too!

Beautiful complex, spacious interiors and nice units. Not enough parking spots to support all residents- many will have to park on the other side of the building. Pool has remained closed throughout our time here, and is way past the original opening date of June 2020.
