Great Place and location

We have been here 9 months and this place has not been disappointing. For starters, the staff is awesome. They take care of everyone and everything. They look out for their tenants because they live here too. Brianna, Beatrice, Andy and Jr., you couldn't ask for better people to work here and take care of any question you have.

I love this apartment home

I have been living here for over six years and I have no complaints everybody watches out for each other and even the workers and the ladies of the office are super nice and sweet they’re always helpful

Do NOT Live Here!!

These apartments are by far the worst apartments ever. Kitchen appliances never worked, A/C unit would make a huge gunshot sound every time it turned on. Oven, garbage disposal, and dishwasher never worked. The road noise is awful, cars sitting in the parking lot bumping subwoofers at 2am, dogs constantly barking, car alarms going off for 30 plus minutes every single night. The bugs are bad, from the day I moved in, to the day I moved out, it was a daily battle of killing cockroaches. They were infested in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms mainly. Management and Maintenance are rude, they ignore questions, and ignore maintenance requests constantly.

Palmetto Trace Apartments

Family, Friendly, and quiet place to live. The staff is friendly. Gated community, with nightly security monitoring the complex. It definitely make you feel safe. The neighbors are friendly. Excellent swimming pool, weight room, and laundry facility.

Terrible customer services

The managers here a rude, always carry attitudes, and mess up keys and information. ... the hand out notices threatening to evict on false information and when contributed they show no regard about the notice that they gave out and of the misunderstanding, talk to you like a child!

Heart of the Hood

Palmetto Trace is the heart of the hood. This community is located right near the highway. Every truck that passes by the whole building shakes as if its a minor earthquake. Every day Police sirens and Ambulance sirens are going off. Its never a peaceful day. Inside these apartments are unkept rust filled closet doors. Roaches that you cant get rid of, even with pest control coming every week. The only great thing about this place is easy access to shopping and transit.

Very good community!!

The apartment has comfortable amenities, a gym and swimming pool and a common area for activities and always very clean. This very accessible to everything in the city. People in our community are very attentive and maintenance is very good. It is a very quiet, very good area for children.
